I had the same problem and I just contacted Cashlib by email at support.fr@cashlib.com and I received a response
I need to send various documents (ID card, bank account details, coupon, etc...) by registered mail and by email hoping it works
It might probably take some time...
I'll let you know what happens

In general, these coupons are non-refundable.... they must be used by recharging a card that can be obtained on the website that distributes them... (Check the coupons for the website link... if it is provided...)

This only applies if the coupon codes have never been shared, (even with any so-called "verification" site.... which generally only serves to steal them...)

Of course, there will be some fees upon use.... again, check the website.

I bought a cashlib ticket for 100 euros to play on a gaming site and they are asking me for an ID for verification! I don't understand, before it didn't work like this, I used to deposit the code and it worked! Has anyone had this problem, please?

Hello, I have the same problem as you. I bought cashlib vouchers and I can't use them. They are asking me to send an ID. I absolutely refuse to send my ID, risking identity theft. It wasn't like this before; we used to buy and play. This way, cashlib is going to lose a lot of customers. We need to boycott this site. It's a scam.
