Hello,

I recently purchased a Transcash coupon to buy concert tickets, but unfortunately, the transaction could not be completed. I obviously did not share the codes with anyone. I would just like a refund of this amount; I do not have a Transcash card.

We are not transcash. We will not reimburse you at all.

  You just need to read the answers above.
  Basically:
  - if used => Impossible
  - otherwise, buy a transcash card at the tobacconist, load the tickets, and use the card like a regular debit card.
