Hello,

My 3DS console won’t turn on since the last update; how can I force it to reset, please? (I logically no longer have access to the settings, and I know it's charged.) Is there a command for that? Otherwise, it gives me a “.dmp” file, but I don't know how to open it...
Please help me.

    Hello, have you hacked your console?

    I'm asking because the latest update prevents hacked 3DS consoles from starting up (there's a fix for that).

      How to do it in this case because yes personally it is hacked but I don’t know how to do a hard reset without being able to turn it on?
