Alright, I may have "incorrectly formatted" the key

I proceeded with the installation, and I got this message after execution:

I might have formatted it incorrectly...
There were only two small elements on it, but when I right-clicked on properties, there was little space left on it
So I wanted to format it to restore the key to its original size, and then it was no longer visible :-(

I think you need to completely reset the USB drive with GParted (install it if it's not already installed):
You display your USB drive using the dropdown list at the top right
You create a new partition table msdos in the Device menu / Create partition table. You'll get a warning message that you'll erase everything. Confirm. Don't select the wrong device!
With the Partition / New menu, you create a primary partition in fat32 format that occupies all the space on your USB drive and validate it.

If by bad luck you get a message saying that GParted couldn't make all the changes, restart your PC and redo the failed operation. (It's rare, but it happens sometimes, especially when trying to recover a bootable drive)

Normally, after that, your USB drive should be as good as new (apart from the normal wear of the cells)

The problem is that my key doesn’t appear at all in the dropdown menu on the right.
It’s as if it’s not recognized at all.
What should I do to install gparted?

It's perfect, I see it on the left side!!!! It's operational! That's great
