Shut down the PC by holding the on/off button
Start the PC by tapping F8
In the window, select --> Repair my computer
Select --> French
Enter your password and hit enter (if not, just hit enter)
Select --> system restore
Select the latest Windows update
Start the system restore
Once the system restore is complete
Restart the PC.

Download and run this utility --> winupdatefix

In the services, check that everything is running and set to automatic in the 3 sections.
In selection, click on All and Run
Restart the PC.

Go back to Windows update
Search for updates
Provide the number of updates to be installed.
