Bonsoir

Télécharge AdwCleaner ( d'Xplode ) sur ton bureau.
Lance le, clique sur [Suppression] puis patiente le temps du scan.
Lorsque le message indiquant qu'AdwCleaner a détecté une variante spécifique d'adware s'affiche, clique sur [OK]
- L'ordinateur va redémarrer tout seul. Redémarre-le en mode normal.
- AdwCleaner s'ouvrira normalement, avec comme seul choix possible [Suppression]
- Clique dessus, puis patiente pendant la suppression.
- Une fois la suppression effectuée, AdwCleaner t'invitera à redémarrer l'ordinateur
- Au redémarrage, un rapport s'ouvrira. Poste le sur le forum.

Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

Ma question est la suivante :: j'avais déjà installé ( Malwarebites ) et j'ai effectué l'examen complet qui a duré une heure 30 min... j'ai tout supprimé les infections(20) alors j'imagine que si je télécharge AdwCleaner je ne crois pas que ce logiciel trouvera d'autre infections puisque je viens de faire LA SUPPRESSION (donc aucun rapport de disponible).
Alors dois-je quand même télécharger AdwCleaner et refaire tout le processus???

Tu me demande d'installer AdwCleaner et lorsque vient le temps d'ouvrir le fichier pour cliquer sur RUN une fenêtre s'affiche en disant :: The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?

Alors dois-je quand même cliquer sur RUN ?????

ouais bin ça fonctionne pas lorsque je clique sur RUN je suis vraiment découragée

voila ça fait 5 fois que j'essaie et le lancement se fait pas avez vous une solution???

Une fois le téléchargement achevé,

Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ; Seven ou Windows 8 clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »

Clique sur la loupe avec le signe + pour lancer l'analyse.

Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.

Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.

Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien:

Regarde sur le bureau

Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.

Bonsoir Guillaume, en ouvrant mon ordinateur aujourd'hui mon anti-virus AVG m'affichais que j'avais un virus, alors j'ai fait une analyse complète et mis en quarantaine... j'ai finalement réussi à télécharger AdwCleaner et m'a sorti le même résultat du fameux virus que j'ai mis en quarantaine. Mais malheureusement ***AUCUN rapport m'est apparue, alors je ne sais plus quoi faire et quelle marche à suivre pour me débarrasser de ce virus!! Et ma page web s'ouvre encore sur searchnu.com/406

J'attend de tes nouvelles et encore merci pour l'aide que tu m'apporte j'apprécie beaucoup...

Supprimer les outils de désinfection (cocher par défaut)
Effectuer une sauvegarde du registre
Purger la restauration de système

Tu coches ceux qui sont en gras
et tu exécutes

Une fois le téléchargement achevé,

Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ; Seven ou Windows 8 clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »

Clique sur la loupe avec le signe + pour lancer l'analyse.

Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.

Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.

Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien:

Regarde sur le bureau

Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.

Guillaume ça fait depuis dimanche dernier que nous essayons de régler le fameux problème et je t'en remercie, sauf que régler une étape à la fois, par jour, étant donné que nous sommes pas dans le même fuseau horaire ça commence à être long. Pendant ton absence y aurait-il quelqu'un d'autre qui pourrait gérer mon cas??? J'apprécierais beaucoup si c'était possible.... J'ai vraiment hâte que tout rentre dans l'ordre........
