J'ai le virus rlvknlg svp aidez moi!

J'ai eu aussi ce virus.
Je ne pouvais pas fermer le processus via le manager de taches. A chaque fois, il se relancais.
Il n'y avait aucun fichier rlvknlg dans mon dosser C:/Windows/Systeme32
J'ai du passer par le panneau de configuration et ajouter/supprimer des programmes.
La, il suffit de désinstaller le programme rlvknlg. -

Encore plus rapide, et ça ne requiert pas de logiciels ni de temps perdu dans les scan (Qui peuvent ne pas le détecter)
Aller dans le dossier d'origine du rlvknlg.exe
-C/Programs files/RelevantKnowledge
Vous y trouverez les deux *.exe*, rlvknlg.exe et rlvknlg64.exe
Renomez les deux par ce que vous voulez, et suprimez les. (Si non un message d'erreur vous averti que vous n'avez pas les droits nécéssaire pour)
Pas très futé pour des codeurs russes!

salut! je pense avoir la réponse a ta question
1)ctrl+alt+suppr et dans processus ferme le processus "rlvknlg.exe"
2)demarrer - exécuter et tapez "msconfig"
3) va jusqu'a l'onglet démarrage et décoche le fichier (là tu trouve le chemin de fichier ou il se cache)
4) tu applique les changement et tu ferme msconfig (sans redémarer)
5)exécute l'editeur de registre (demarrer - exécuter et tape "regedit" )
et la tu va au chemin que tu as trouvé dans le 3),
et là tu va trouver le fichier inscrit a la liste , et tu l'efface et normalement c bon.
sinon si ca na pa marché ou ke tu na pa compris un truc recontacte moi ou télécharge le logiciel hijackthis sur ce lien:

lance le et fait "do a system scan and save a logfile" et poste donc log sur le forum.

1- fermes le processus "rlvknlg.exe"
2- demarrer >> exécuter et tapes "msconfig"
3- vas jusqu'a l'onglet démarrage et décoches ce fichier
4- tu appliques les changement et tu fermes msconfig
5- fais une recherche dans le poste de travail et supprimes le fichier
6- démarrer>>exécuter et tapes regedit
7- tu descends jusqu'à la clé suivante:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentVersion\Run
8- supprimes le fichier en question.

j'ai analysé ton rapport et en effet jai vu ton virus! il faut ke tu fasse kom je té expliqué plus haut en < 2 > et normalement ca devré etre bon.
ensuite télécharge Spybot ici: https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/20939-spybot-search-and-destroy/
met a jour le logiciel et fait une analyse et supprime tous ce que tu trouve. voila bone chance a toi. -

c:\windows\system32\rlvknlg.exe et éffaces le.

Je récapitule,
j'arrive à fermer le procésus, là c'est ok ensuite je met msconfig dans exécuter là aussi c'est bon ensuite je vais dans démarrage mais là il n'y à pas rlvknlg dans la liste... -

Installe le et ouvre le tu vas voir une baguette magique en bas à droite à côté de l'horloge
puis efface c:\windows\system32\rlvknlg.exe
Attention à bien n'effacer que rlvknlg pas le reste
Par contre il reste encore un pb
Reposte un log hijackthis aprés -

Ce virus était aussi sur mon pc( comme ma petite soeur! ) mais j'ai eu moins de difficultés à l'effacer( le virus , pas ma petite soeur! "dommage").
J'ai lancé une recherche et je l'ai supprimé!!! (ma petite soeur je l'ai simplement jetée par la fenêtre!)
Et s'en est suivi un tas de problèmes: la police aux fesses, plus moyen de surfer "on the web" tous mes jeux se fermaient en cours d'utilisation, l'ordi était encore plus lent!
Heureusement pour moi j'avais fait un point de restauration( bon appétit), donc je cohabite avec ce virus.
(pour ma soeur elle n'a qu'une jambe cassée et reviens à la maison dans 3 jours! "zut")
Pourais-je savoir ce que ce virus fait de mal à mon pauvre petit ordi ?
Parceque si c'est grave alors je m'attarderai à résoudre le problème plus sérieusement! (j'irai chez le médecin et il me donnera certainement un antibiotique: du " commentcamarche.net ")
