Bonjour,

Voila depuis 2 jours, j ai une fenetre windows qui s ouvre m indiquant que je suis infecté par un fichier (qui peut changer de nom d ailleurs) et qui m envoie sur une page pour acheter un antivrus. J ai essayé de regler ca tout seul en telechargeant antivirus et antispy differents mais rien a faire, ça me pompe toujours l'air.

Je ne vois vraiment pas comment faire, je peux poster un rapport Malwarebytes si vous voulez..

    ok essaye ceci

    Télécharge OTMoveIt (de OldTimer) sur ton Bureau.
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
    clic double sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
    copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
    et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :
    Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved. 

    C:\Users\All Users\jghwhwva  
C:\Users\All Users\botohehu  
C:\ProgramData\jghwhwva  
C:\ProgramData\botohehu  
C:\Program Files\Search Settings 
EmptyTemp


    clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
    le résultat apparaîtra dans le cadre Results.
    clique sur Exit pour fermer.
    poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.

    il te sera peut-être demandé de faire redémarrer le PC pour achever la suppression.

    Télécharge malwarebytes

    Une aide pour l'installation

    => Installe le
    => Ensuite va en mode sans echec

    Relance le Pc et tapote la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage
    Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionne Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel

    => Lance malwarebytes
    => Coche "Executer un examen complet"
    => Si tu es en présence d'une infection à la fin de l'examen clique sur "ok"
    => Clique sur Supprimer la sélection
    => Pour poster le rapport Clique sur l'onglet Rapports/Logs, sélectionne celui t'intéresse et clique sur Ouvrir
    => Fait copier coller et poste le rapport

      Bon bon bon :

      Ne t inquiete pas j ai bien compris comment glisser un fichier. Je l ai fais une premier fois, ca a redemarrer mon ordi et au redemarrage ca ma mis deux messages d erreurs dans pleins de langues differentes me disant que combofix ne pouvait pas analyser. J ai donc essayé des les refaire, mais depuis ca me pond des "gros" rapport comme je t ai deja mis...
      Autrement, les alertes se sont stoppées, je n en ai plus comme avant.

            * Copie le texte sélectionné (CTRL+C).
            * Ouvre le bloc-notes (programme>Accessoires >bloc-notes).
            * Veille à ce que Retour à la ligne ne soit pas coché dans Format.
            * Colle le texte copié dans ce bloc-notes (CTRL+V).
            * Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt
            * Fais un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme ceci

            * Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal!
            Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

            * Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

                Bon j ai fait une recherche du Smitfraudfix.cmd pour etre sur de lancer ce qu il faut pour creer le rapport. J ai cliqué sur le resultat de la recherche mais là c est une fenetre rouge qui s est ouverte avec marqué :

                  C'est quand même bizarre cette affaire

                  Normalement quand tu lance Smitfraudfix tu dois avoir le rapport qui se créer de lui même tu n'as normalement même as besoin d'aller le chercher

                  bon si tu n'y arrive pas fait ceci

                  Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau.

                  * Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

                  * Désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu,antispyware) provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,

                  * Double-clic sur combofix.exe, il est possible que ton parefeu te demande si tu acceptes ou non l'accès de nircmd.cfexe à la zone sûre: accepte.

                  * /!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne /!\

                  * Attends que Combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé.

                  * réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

                  * copie/colle le rapport, le rapport se trouve dans : C:Combofix.txt

                  * Réactive tes protections en temps réel, Antivirus, Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.
