Bonjour,

j ai un problème récalcitrant sur un portable ASUS.
J ai un anti virus "antivirus personnel 2008" de chez microsoft.
Mon anti-virus donne le message suivant : Le processus C:\ documents and settings\"mon nom de famille"\local settings\Application Data\najgtguvl.exe (PID2392):action intrusion dans un autre processus bloqué.
J ai fais un CCLEANER, un spybot également.
Mais ce message revient fréquemment.
Quand je veux faire une restauration c est impossible.
Par contre mes logiciels fonctionnent, et meme msn.

Que dois je faire pour avoir un ordi "propre" et sans ad wares, virus ou autres ...?

      Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.
      --> https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/ 34055291 toolsclean(...)
      # Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir ...
      # Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
      # Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
      # Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
      # Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

      ps : pas besoin de m´envoyer le rapport si tout a ete supprimer ;-)

                      je n arrive pas à sauver le rapport

                      par contre,
                      il détecte 7 cookies :
                      - cookie advertising
                      - cookie pointroll

                      - cookie 207
                      - cookie atdmt
                      - coolkie realmedia

                      et aussi une faille de sécurité : MS07-050
                      et il dit : une erreur est survenue lors de la tentative d'obtention d'info sup sur ces failles de sécurité.
                      aucune autre information supp n est disponible pour le moment.

                          j ai donc scanné avec MALWAREBYTE et j ai donc supprimé les fichiers sélectionnés comme vous m'aviez demandé.
                          le fait d 'avoir supprimé ces fichiers ne va t il pas engendrer d'autres problémes?
                          que dois je faire pour éviter à nouveau d'avoir tous ces adwares?

                            le fait d 'avoir supprimé ces fichiers ne va t il pas engendrer d'autres problémes?
