Bonjour,
Malgré une protection que je pensais suffisante, je suis terriblement infecte et envahi par ces parasites que norton detecte mais ne peut éliminer...
j'ai fais du ccleaner, AVG anti-spyware... mais rien a faire
Entre autre des pubs intempestives, explorator.exe se ferme des que je tente d'ouvrir un dossier.
J'ai absolument besoin de mon pc pour travailler.

Plusieurs réponses suggèrent de relancer le processus de nettoyage avec des programmes dédiés, de réinstaller ou mettre à jour certains composants, et de redémarrer en sécurité pour vérifier l’absence d’intrusions. En cas d’infections persistantes, il peut être nécessaire d’analyser aussi les paramètres réseau et les processus au démarrage, puis d’épurer les entrées de proxy et les services malveillants.

Malgré une protection que je pensais suffisante, je suis terriblement infecte et envahi par ces parasites que Avast detecte mais ne peut éliminer... Système 32!
J'ai absolument besoin de mon pc pour travailler.

je te conseille pour ton prochain antivirus d'eviter norton et de preferer bit defender ou g data ou kaspersky

Il me reste à installer internet explorer.
Je pense pas avoir d'autres soucis. Est ce que je dois garder tous les logiciels que tu m'as dit d'installer ainsi que les rapports ?
Que me conseilles tu d'installer pour eviter le retour de ces trojans, virus autre que avast?
