Select boot device first use

Hello!

I bought my computer this morning, and while I was setting it up, it restarted, and a message "Please select boot device" appeared. I have the choice between "Windows Boot Manager" and "Setup." If I press Windows Boot Manager, nothing happens. If I press Setup, I get to a menu, but no matter what I change, the computer restarts, and the same message shows up again. Do you have any idea what I should do? Knowing that I only had time to set the keyboard language.

    I called Lenovo support and the hard drive is dead, that's why the message was showing up. Thank you for your help!

      Yes, the hard drive was not found; it was either poorly connected or dead.
