Select boot device first use

Hello!

I bought my computer this morning, and while I was setting it up, it restarted, and a message "Please select boot device" appeared. I have the choice between "Windows Boot Manager" and "Setup." If I press Windows Boot Manager, nothing happens. If I press Setup, I get to a menu, but no matter what I change, the computer restarts, and the same message shows up again. Do you have any idea what I should do? Knowing that I only had time to set the keyboard language.

Thank you in advance.

    Hello.
Is your PC delivered with or without Windows?

If Windows is properly installed, you need to set the hard drive containing Windows as the first boot device in the BIOS boot order, because apparently it is not found, hence the message Please select boot device.

According to what I understand, it is already in first place. It's "Windows boot manager."
