Orange decoder TV issue

Solved
N.Look -
Hello,

On the top right of my TV screen, for a few hours now, without any action from my side, the word "loading" has appeared, and it keeps spinning...
I didn't ask for this, and I don't understand what it is?
Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

Cut it off and then turn it back on...
