Hello,
I just switched to Orange, technicians came to install fiber, the internet works but after configuring everything, my TV decoder keeps loading without stopping, it has been more than 45 minutes and nothing is happening, is it normal for it to take this long?

    In my opinion, you should contact the Orange customer service to get the information you want, it's the number 3900.

      Hello, before contacting them, please turn off the decoder using the back button and restart it. There may not necessarily be a connection with the fiber installation if your internet is working.
