I reboot and nothing. I'm still in Win 8 configuration without a start button or Win 7 configuration.

How should I proceed?

On the other hand, I see that you are on two different subjects and that you have W8.1, so take the latest version. I don't know if it's up to date on CCM, I don't use an additive menu? Update 2 of Windows 8.1 will bring back the classic start menu by this summer!

Yes, that's exactly right. However, I recommend that you only install Classic Start Menu during the installation, the rest is not useful.
