I am on Windows 10, and a window opens every time I start up with

    Hello,

    Classic Shell is a software that allowed having the Start menu in Windows 8.x; if the Windows 10 Start menu satisfies you, then you do not need to configure Classic Shell, you can even uninstall it from the Control Panel.
