infection virus?

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps j'ai des problèmes de freeze avec mon pc, l'ordinateur plante et je suis obliger de lui couper le courant pour l'éteindre. De plus je n'arrive pas à faire démarrer un scan avec mon antivirus (freeze également). Je suspecte une infection par virus mais malwarebyte ne trouve rien....

ce n'est pas récurent, mais ces derniers jours cela m'arrive plusieurs fois par jour.... Mais pourquoi le scan de avira ne démarre pas?

alors redemarre ton ordi est a la tout premiere image que tu vois apparaitre appuye sur la touche ou il y écrit SCAN sa devrait lancer un scan de ton ordi et voir d'ou viens le probléme

Alors essaye c'est touche F10F11 et F1 car cela varie d'un ordi a l'autre

j'ai effecté un scan ainsi que diskdoctor de tuneup utilities, mais le disque dur semble ok...

cependant avira bloque toujours lors du scan. Lorsque j'efface le dossier sur lequel il bloque, il avance et bloque sur le prochain....

des idées? L'ordinateur a 4 ans 1/2.

J'ai redémarrer l'ordi comme tu me l'as dit, trois options:

- boot menu
- setup
- system recovery

j'appuie sur f1 et ça ne fait rien, j'appuie sur f10 f11 et f1 et ça ne fait rien...

sur f10 j'arrive dans le menu configuration mais pas de scan de disponible...
 donc j'ai utilisé disk doctor un software (Tuneup utilities)

suis-je aveugle?

attend on va essayer autrement 

va dans recherche tape executer puis CMD la page noir avec nom de ton ordi 
ensuite tape chkdsk /F /R espace obligé

ok, il me dit que le disque est de type NTFS et qu'il est actuellement occupé mais je peux faire le check au redémarrage, je valide. J'ai effectué le redémarrage, check en 10 secondes et démarrage normal. Rien de découvert.

Bonsoir,

poste le dernier rapport de MBAM (malwarebytes).

Télécharge AdwCleaner ( d'Xplode ) sur ton bureau.
Lance le, clique sur [Suppression] puis patiente le temps du scan.
Une fois le scan fini, un rapport s'ouvrira. Poste moi son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.

Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

Je te rappelle que mes connaissances en informatique sont limitées mais je pense que PEV.exe est là à cause de combofix alors que MBR.exe je ne sait pas...

Je vais te rappeler que tu as un passé d'infecté et que, en plus de 3 ans, tu as largement eu le temps d'apprendre !

En plus, quand je demande que tu donnes ZHPDiag dans un lien (ce que tu as fait spontanément dans le premier post), ce n'est pas un problème de connaissance que de le donner "en direct".

sur windows 7:t allume ton pc normalement,puis une fois la page de demarrage installee tu eteinds ton pc avec le bouton de marche arret;tu reappuis sur le bouton et on va te demander si tu veux demarrer ton ordi normalementou en mode sans echec.avec le fleches de ton clavier selectionne mode sans echec;apres clique sur ton logiciel antivirus pour demarrer un scan complet

j ai pu coincer un cheval de troie hier avec le scan avira antivir gratuit.malwarebytes n a pas ete tres efficace et microsoft safety scanner me le detectait mais ne pouvait pâs le supprimer.et comme toi,tous mes programmes plantaient.

Déconnecte toi d'Internet et ferme toutes les applications ouvertes.


Pour Xp : Double clique sur l'icône ZHPFix.exe sur ton Bureau.

Pour Vista et W7  : Clique droit sur l'icône ZHPFix.exe sur ton Bureau,
puis sélectionne 'Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur'.

Clique successivement sur l'icône H (pour effacer le rapport qui s'est affiché) puis sur l'icône de la malette cachée par la feuille.

Vérifie que toutes les lignes que je t'ai demandé de copier (et seulement elles) sont dans la fenêtre.

Clique sur OK, ce qui fait apparaître un carré à gauche de chaque ligne.

Clique sur "Tous" puis sur "Nettoyer".

Laisse l'outil travailler.

Si il te demande de redémarrer l'ordi pour achever le nettoyage, fais le immédiatement.

Le rapport d'exécution va apparaître dans la fenêtre.

J'ai l'impression que le streaming charge a nouveau plus rapidement et il ne freeze plus. Cependant Avira lui freeze toujours lorsque je lance un scan. J'ai essayé de le désinstaller/réinstaller mais rien à faire,effacer le dossier sur lequel il bloquait, mais il bloque sur le successif, et il a tourné en mode sans échec. Es-ce mon PC qui fatigue ou suis-je réellement infecté?

Quand je relance le scan, il amorçe sans problème la recherche des rootkits, mais dès qu'il entre dans le C: pour contrôler, il freeze quasiment immédiatement (20 secondes après son lancement) et je suis obligé de couper l'alimentation pour l'éteindre/rallumer.
Je ne sais pas si c'est lié, mais maintenant j'ai l'impression qu'a chaque fois que j'ouvre une fichier ou un onglet internet, il me l'ouvre a double voir a triple...
