Connexion ralenti

voila le probleme :

j'ai une connexion 10 n chez cegetel

d'habitude lorsque j'effectue un test de bande passante sur http://mire.ipadsl.net/speedtest.php
je tourne aux alentours de 5mega

mais depuis hier, ma connexion et ralenti comme suit
je redemarre, je connecte je vais tester la bande passante et la j'ai :
1er test : 1500 ko
2 est : 1300 ko
3 test : 1100 ko
et ce juska 150 ko environs.

Aussi il ya deux jours j'avais ce message "generic host services controller" a rencontré des erreur et va etre ferme par zindoz , et apres plus de connexion.

j'ai utilise tout ces antivirus et anti spyware : avast, apyterminator, ewido anti spy, ad ware, spy doctor

je peux me reconnecter mais a bande passante reduite.

aussi, j'ai voulou partager cette connexion avec mon portable, donc j'ai brancher le pc a un routeur wifi dlink 524 (par cable) pour pouvoir naviguer avec mon portable (en wifi)
j'ai pas reussi.

bon voila toutes les infos entourant mon probleme
je crois que un pti malin me suce ma bande passante pour faire chier un site ou un particulier

      Bonjour et bonne année 2009...

      Quittez eMule et refaites un test. Après ça, la bande ira sans nul doute mieux.

      Il faut se dire qu'eMule bouffe beaucoup de bande passante si la vitesse d'E/R (Emission/Réception) est forte. ;)

      le scan de bit defender n'est pas terminé mais a deja trouve un virus
      backdoor.servu.25

      j'ai desinstaller live update et installer les deux autre

      quest ce ke je fais de ewido et spy terminator

      au passage, impossible de supprimer le cookie de gmail, mee ccleaner n'y a rien fait, j'ai poste ce message dans la rubrique internet mais je me suis dis que tu pouvais surement y repondre en deux mots.

      comment ca marche ce truc eurokiddies?, ya pas beaucoup d'info sur le site.

        dès que le scan avec bitdefender est fini colle le rapport ici mais pas au format html

        le truc comme tu dis c'est une barre de pub y'a rien à faire juste laisser defiler les pubs(ou les boquées :D )

        Désinstalle ça:

        Installe ces deux autres programmes anti-spywares

      On va attendre la fin du scan pour voir ce qu'il trouve, fais ça en attendant pour verifier

      Ouvre HijackThis

      Clic sur "open the misc tools section"
      Clic sur "open uninstall manager"
      Clic sur "Save list" dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir enregistre le fichier à un endroit ou tu le retrouvera facilement.

      Ensuite, fais un copier du texte qui y aura dans ce fichier puis colles le ici stp

          le scan sur bit defender est en cours. manque 5h environ avant la fin, bizarre

          par curiosite je suis retourne tester la bande passante; tjrs pareil, plafonne a 150 ko

          sinon, bien efficace ccleaner,

        Télécharge HijackThis:
        Téléchargement de HijackThis

        Installe le dans son propre dossier:
        -clic droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
        Lance le, clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
        Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp
