Incomplete PDF printout

Question

Hello, I have a problem with a PDF document that prints poorly. In the print preview there is no issue, but once it comes out of the printer, only the table borders are on the page, with no text inside the tables or in between.

I think it's just a setting that needs to be adjusted, but I don't know which one.

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.3

In Acrobat Reader, click on "advanced options" at the bottom left and check the "bitmap" option. This will force Acrobat to rasterize the page before sending it to the printer. If something is not compliant in the PDF, this should solve the problem...

Hello,

I assume you are not having printing problems with other PDF files.

If it were password protected to prevent printing, the print command would be inaccessible (grayed out). However, you can still print something. It's quite frustrating when we know that the PDF format is normally designed to be read on any PC.

Moreover, many official organizations require that only this format be used when submitting documents to them.

Instead of Adobe Reader, which has multiple security vulnerabilities, you could use an excellent PDF viewing and printing program, namely PDF-XChange Viewer Free. Personally, I have adopted it.

With this utility, I have never had the slightest printing problem.
