Bonjour, j'ai vista et au bout de quelque minute que j'ai allumé mon pc j'ai une page blanch

e qui vient sans etre invité et pour pouvoir travailer je fait ctrl et alt suprime et c'est bon je peut faire se que je veux merci de m'aidé a bientot. PATRICE

          si tu n'as plus d'autres soucis et le pc fonctionne correctement, il ne me reste plus qu'à te souhaiter un bon surf et uen bonne journée ;-)

            il faut faire rapidement une capure d'écran, puis voir chaque service, mais comme je l'ai dit, c'est juste une info, rien de bien grave dans tout ceci :-)

            que donne le resultat de Avast 5 ?

                vas dans le menu demarrer, executer, tappe CMD, à l'invite de commande, tu tappes ceci :

                tasklist /svc

                la liste des processus et le service qui l'utilise sera afficher sur une liste, tu trouves le sevice, puis si non vital, tu vas dans la configuration du logiciel, et tu l'arrêtes, c'est très simple, mais ça demande des recherches avant de t'y lancer :-)

                ceci dit qu'il n'y a rien de grave :-)

                  pour les arrêter, il suffit de cercher pour voir à quel service correspond, puyis arrêter le service en question, si ce n'est pas un service vital du pc :-)

                      pour en finir :

                      * pour supprimer les outils de désinfection :

                      Télécharge OTC de Old Timer .

                      Utilisateur de vista et Windows 7 :Clique droit sur OTCleanIt et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
                      Clique sur le bouton "CleanUp!" .
                      Sélectionne Oui lorsque la demande " processus de nettoyage?" s'affiche.
                      Si tu es invité à redémarrer le PC au cours de l'assainissement, sélectionne Oui.
                      L'outil va se supprimer lui-même une fois la fin de l'opération.
                      Note : si certains outils restent sur ton pc, il faut les supprimer manuellement

                      * Désactivation, puis Réactivation de la restauration système après désinfection :
