J'ai aussi réalisé ZHFix "nettoyeur de tools".

Présents sur le bureau" des restes" des différents nettoyeurs...Qu'en faire et comment ?

Sinon, le PC n'a pas l'air de présenter de problème.

Une dernière question,sur le bureau un dossier "OTHERS"a été crée lors de nos manipulations ,qu'est-ce donc et faut-il le supprimer ?

Et les dossiers java et javara sont aussi sur le bureau...

2,J'ai désinstallé JAVA ancienne version et installé nouvelle version 6-20 ?
mais je n'ai pas eu de rapport JAVA RA log.

3,J'ai désinstallé l'ancienne version Adobe reader ,mais pas moyen de charger la nouvelle version,le PC plante au moment d'accepter le contrôle...

Voilà ou j'en suis.

je vais faire Combofix aujourd'hui.

Qu'entends- tu par désactiver antispyware(je n'ai que spybot et cc cleaner, en sont ils ?mais je crois qu'ils n'agissent pas en direct).

Qu'a donné le scan précédent de kill'em ?a-t-il résolu des problèmes ?

Suis-je sur la bonne voie ou y-a-t-il des problèmes importants et difficiles à régler.

Aprés le long scan hier soir de kill em (voir le rapport ci dessus),j'ai tenté à nouveau ZHP Diag ce matin.
mais apres copié/collé des lignes et ok -tous- nettoyer,le PC plante (écran bleu avec inscriptions blanches signalant qu'il y a un problème avec le fichier "catchme",obligé de redémarrer.
