J'ai un problème de publicité intempestive dès que je suis connectée à internet. Pouvez-vous m'aider à régler le problème s'il vous plait.
Je suis sous Windows Vista et j'ai Internet Explorer 8.

Très bien, bonne année à toi aussi et merci d'être restée jusqu'à la fin.

Pour vérifier que tes logiciels soient à jour, tu peux utiliser régulièrement Update Checker comme ceci :
• Télécharge Update Checker de FileHippo.com sur ton bureau
• Exécute UpdateChecker.exe et patiente pendant qu'il vérifie les versions de tes logiciels installés
• Une page internet va s'ouvrir avec les mises à jour disponible
• Clique sur les flèches vertes pour accéder aux nouvelles mises à jour que tu souhaites installer (n'installe pas les programmes betas)
Tu peux garder Malwarebytes et Ccleaner afin de faire un scan de temps en temps avec.
Pour un surf plus sécurisé, je te propose d'installer Firefox qui est un navigateur internet plus sécurisé.
Je te conseille aussi ces extensions pour améliorer la sécurité :
• WOT (Web Of Trust) : cette extension permettra de savoir, quand tu accèdes à un site ou en faisant une recherche sur Google, s'il s'agit d'un site de confiance ou au contraire à éviter.

• Adblock Plus : cette extension permet de bloquer les pages ou bannières publicitaires. Cela permet de ne pas être envahit par toutes les publicités et accélère l'accès aux pages web.

Voilà si après çà tu n'as plus de problème/question, c'est terminé. -

Oui c'est normal pour Malwarebytes, tu vas le garder.
La suite :
Suppression des points de restauration :
• Clique sur Démarrer
• Clique droit sur Ordinateur
• Clique sur Propriétés
• Clique sur Protection du système (à gauche)
• Décoche tous les disques durs
• Clique sur Appliquer
• Clique sur le bouton Désactiver la restauration système
• Clique sur OK
Création d'un nouveau point de restauration :
• Clique sur Démarrer
• Clique droit sur Ordinateur
• Clique sur Propriétés
• Clique sur Protection du système (à gauche)
• Recoche tous les disques durs
• Clique sur Appliquer
• Clique sur le bouton Créer
• Entre une description
• Entre une Description
• Clique sur le bouton OK dans la fenêtre de confirmation
• Clique sur Fermer
Nettoyage des fichiers temporaires et de la base de registre :
• Télécharge Ccleaner
• Lance l'installation en double cliquant sur le fichier téléchargé
• Laisse les options par défaut lors de l'installation
• Lance Ccleaner
• Clique sur le bouton Nettoyer et clique sur OK dans lafenêtre d'avertissement
• Clique sur l'onglet Registre
• Clique sur le bouton Chercher les erreurs
• Clique sur le bouton Corriger les erreurs sélectionnées
• Refais la recherche derreurs jusqu'à ce qu'il n'en trouve plus -

Bonsoir,
Pour HijackThis, je l'ai refait et cette fois-ci il n'y avait pas les cases à cocher 02-BHO: (no name) et 04-HKLM\..\Run:[Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (reboot)].
Ensuite j'ai refait la recherche des outils utilisés avec ToolsCleaner, j'ai cliqué sur suppression, j'ai cliqué sur quitté et j'ai eu un message qui me dit : Merci d'avoir utilisé ToolsCleaner!
Je crois avoir réussi. Ensuite, j'ai supprimé ToolsCleaner2.exe.

Tu as bien lancé les outils en faisant un clic droit dessus et en choisissant "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" ?

Bien, as-tu encore des problèmes ?
La suite :
• Clique sur le bouton Démarrer
• Dans le champ recherche tape cmd
• cmd apparaît tout en haut du menu, fais un clic droit dessus et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
• Clique sur le bouton Continuer pour confirmer
• Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'ouvre, tape "sc delete IOLO_SRV" (sans les guillemets) et valide avec la touche Entrée
• Tu peux fermer la fenêtre cmd
Puis :
• Sous XP : Double clique sur HijackThis qui se trouve ici ==> C:\Program Files\trend micro\CHRISTIAN.exe
• Sous Vista/7 : Fais un clic droit et choisis exécuter en tant qu'administrateur sur HijackThis qui se trouve ici ==> C:\Program Files\trend micro\CHRISTIAN.exe
• Clique sur Do a system Scan only
• Coche les cases suivantes (si elles sont présentes) :

Je ne plus de publicité intempestives comme je le disais hier.
J'ai fait ce que tu me demandais mais à chaque fois j'ai un message d'erreur en anglais quand je clic sur Fix checked après avoir coché les code 02- BHO eT 04- HKLM que tu me demandais de cocher.
J'ai téléchargé ToolsCleaner pour supprimer les outils, mais à la fin du scan, j'ai eu ce message :
Impossible de créer le fichier "C:\TCleaner.txt". Accès refusé.

Ok, je comprend mieux maintenant, le problème n'est pas tout à fait résolu, on va faire une vérification :
• Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)
• Double clique sur mbam-setup.exe pour lancer l'installation
• Laisse les options par défaut lors de l'installation
• Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
• Va dans l'onglet Recherche, choisis "Exécuter un examen complet" puis clique sur Rechercher
Note : le scan peut durer plusieurs heures en fonction de la quantité de données présente sur ton PC
• A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
• Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
• S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes
• Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie/colle le dans ta réponse

Quelque chose ne colle pas.
Tu as refais un rapport RSIT entre temps ?
Tu as lancé Navilog1.exe plusieurs fois ?
Es-tu déjà pris en charge pour la désinfection dans un autre sujet ou forum ?-
J'ai lancé 2 fois Navilog1.exe parce que je croyais qu'il était bloqué ; ça faisait un bon moment que j'attendais et il ne se passait rien, donc je l'ai relancé et là ça a marché.
Le rapport RSIT, je l'ai fait deux fois ; la première fois j'avais les pub intempestives. En attendant ta réponse, j'ai vu sur le forum qu'il fallait faire ce rapport donc je l'ai fait. Ensuite j'ai cliqué dans forum/ pages de publicité qui s'ouvrent sans cesse (problème résolu). La une personne disait que ça lui était arrivé et que ça venait toujours du même site internet et il y avait un lien pour voir. Je suis allée voir et effectivement pour moi ça venait aussi du même site (il y avait le même logo que j'ai reconnu). Je suis allée dans le panneau de configuration et j'ai supprimé le fichier qui avait ce logo (il avait pour nom favori). Une fois supprimé je n'ai plus eu de pub. Et j'ai reçu ta réponse. Je t'ai donc envoyé les 2 rapports en essayant de t'expliquer ce qui c'était passé entre temps. Je demandais même de voir si le problème était résolu.
Je ne suis prise en charge par personne d'autre que toi dans ce forum ni dans un autre, j'ai juste lu ce qu'il y avait pour essayer de trouver la solution.
Je suis désolée si je t'ai embrouillé, ce n'était pas mon intention bien au contraire.
Le fait est que je n'ai plus de pub depuis que j'ai supprimé ce fichier "favori".
Maintenant je ne sais pas si le fait d'avoir supprimé ce fichier a réellement résolu le problème.
Je te remercie de ta compréhension et j'espère que tu me diras si le problème est résolu ou pas d'après le rapport que je t'ai envoyé.

Le rapport log.txt n'est pas complet :
• Va sur le site ci-joint.fr
• Clique sur le bouton parcourir
• Recherche le fichier log.txt qui se trouve dans le dossier C:\rsit et clique sur Ouvrir
• Clique sur le bouton "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier"
• Copie ensuite le lien qui est affiché dans ta réponse.

• Tape 1 pour choisir la langue française et valide avec la touche Entrée
• Appuie sur une touche aux 3 fenêtres d'avertissement
• Choisis "Recherche/Désinfection automatique" en appuyant sur la touche 1 et valide avec la touche Entrée
• Patiente pendant que l'outil fait son travail
• Appuie sur une touche à la fin du scan et laisse le PC redémarrer
• Un rapport va s'ouvrir au démarrage du PC, copie/colle le rapport dans ta réponse

Salut,
On va analyser ton PC :
• Télécharge RSIT de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Sous XP : Double clique sur RSIT.exe
• Sous Vista/7 : Fais un clic droit sur RSIT.exe et sélectionne "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
• Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence en cliquant sur le bouton accept.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés.
