Un ralentissement important est observé sur un PC sous Windows XP, et le rapport HijackThisRelève de nombreux processus et éléments au démarrage, ainsi que des barres d’outils et composants tiers actifs. Parmi les axes de réponse, la mémoire vive limitée (510 Mo) est citée et une augmentation à 1 Go est proposée, tandis que des outils de nettoyage comme Ad-Remover et UsbFix sont évoqués. D'autres recommandations portent sur la désactivation temporaire de l’antivirus pour lancer les outils et sur l’inspection des éléments malveillants au niveau des clés Run et des autoruns. *Enregistre le sur le Bureau
*Double-clique sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
*Sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
*Clique sur suivant
*Lit la licence, et clique sur j'accepte
*Clique sur suivant
*Là, tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour, n'installe pas Yahoo
*Clique sur intaller
*Clique sur fermer
*Double-clique sur l'icône de C Cleaner pour l'ouvrir
*Une fois ouvert, tu cliques sur option, et puis avancé
*Tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
*Clique sur nettoyeur
*Clique sur windows, et dans la colonne avancé
*Coche la première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-là, ce qui te donnes la case vieilles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-là
*Clique sur analyser
*Clique sur nettoyer et sur la demande de confirmation OK. Il va falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois finit, vérifie en appuyant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
*Clique maintenant sur registre et puis sur chercher les erreurs
*Laisse tout coché, et clique sur corriger les erreurs sélectionnées
*Il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
*Tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
*Clique sur chercher les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
*Il supprime, et fermer, tu vérifies en relançant chercher les erreurs
*Tu retournes dans options, et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temps de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du prefetch
*Tu peux fermer C Cleaner

Purge de la restauration système
*Désactive ta restauration :
Clique droit sur Poste de travail, clique sur Propriétés, puis sur Restauration système Coche la case désactiver la restauration Clique sur appliquer, puis sur OK
---> Redémarre ton PC ...
*Réactive ta restauration :
Clique droit sur Poste de travail, clique sur Propriétés, puis sur Restauration système Décoche la case désactiver la restauration Clique sur appliquer, puis sur OK

Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau :

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.

Je viens d'ajouter 1 barrette de 512 Mo, j'ai donc maintenant 1Go de Ram. Ceci ajouté aux scan et réparations diverses mon PC est réellement reboosté. Je suis ravie !

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau
# choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression )
# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .
# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.
# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .
# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

J'ai refait Ad-remover avec l'option L, comme je l'avais fait ce midi mais là ça n'a pas fonctionné, même chose qu'hier soir. Ad-remover est resté bloqué à "Scan en cours, veuillez patienter..."
J'ai donc arrêté le programme au bout de 1h40.
Y a t-il d'autres solutions pour supprimer SweetIm parce que je ne le vois dans aucun programme qui me permet de desintaller des programmes (Poste de travail, ccleaner...) ?

Oui, relance USBFix stp, option 1...

J'ai lancé UsbFix mais arrivé à 50% de scan j'ai eu le message suivant dans la fenêtre UsbFix :

Et le messag windows suivant (en bas à droite de l'ordi avec un point d'exclamation dans un triangle jaune) :

Windows n'a pas pu sauvegardé toutes les données pour le fichier E:$Mft. Les données ont été perdues. Cette erreur peut être due à une panne de votre matériel ou de votre connexion réseau. Essayer de sauvegarder ce fichier à un emplacement."
Dois je réessayer usbFix ? -

J'ai desintallé Spybot - Search & Destroy ainsi que Suppress plus 1.8 mais je fais comment pour supprimer SweetIM ? -
Ok, Ad-Remover a déjà fait du ménage...
Maintenant fais ceci stp:
Télécharge UsbFix ( de C_XX, Chimay8 & Chiquitine29 ) sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes applications en cours !
--> Double-clique sur l' .exe pour lancer l'installation de l'outil ( ne touche pas aux paramètres d'installe ) .
Impératif :
Branche toutes tes unités externes à ton PC (clé USB, DD externe, flash disk, lecteur MP3,carte SD, etc...) succeptibles d'avoir été infectés ( mais sans les ouvrir ! ) .
# Double clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil.
# Choisis l' option 1 ( Recherche )
# Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien pendant le scan .
# Une fois terminé, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque maitre ( C:\UsbFix.txt ).
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
Note :
"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

mireille, si tu as déjà une protection résidente avec mac afee, ce n'est pas la peine de garder spybot, car il a aussi une protection résidente, et il est très génant, et il ralentit probablement le PC
C'est Spybot qui a probablement géné AD Remover

Nathandre, J'ai vu pour des barrettes supplémentaires Il semble que je puisse mettre 1Go de Ram au lieu des 512 que j'ai. Dès que je peux, je les achète et les installe.

Pour arrêter l'antivirus, ce n'était pas le clic droit,j'ai fini par trouver c'était dans le "Security Center", en allant dans l'onglet "configurer" et là il faut décocher toutes les protections activées. J'espère que ça va marcher.
Je relance donc ad-remover et vous tiens au courant.

Ca doit pas etre très compliqué de désactiver l'antivirus...
Click droit sur l'icone de Mc Afee dans les processus actifs (en bas à droite de l'écran) puis sélectionner arreter ou désactiver...
Tu as pas mal de toolbar indésirables et probablement une infection par supports amovibles. Essaie donc d'abord de relancer ad-remover après avoir désactivé l'AV et on verra après avec nathandre...
