Norton 360 n'analyse plus

Question

Bonjour, j'ai Norton 360 et quand je veux lancer une analyse il y a juste une fenètre qui s'ouvre et il n'analyse aucun fichier. J'ai voulus faire un Windows Update pour voir s'il y avait un rapport et il m'afficher une erreur avec un code 802244019 pareil pour Windows defender. De temps à autre des pages internet d'ouvrent toutes seul et parfois quand je clic sur un lien je me retrouve sur un tout autre site et me dit quand la page existe pas. Voila j'espère etre asser précis. ( Dsl je ne m'y connais pas trop en informatique)

PS: je suis sur Vista

La petite icone a une croix rouge je fais ' réparer ' une page s'ouvre comme s'il voulait lancer une analyse mais il n'y a aucun fichier qui défil sur la ligne ' fichier analysé ' .

ok, si ta le setup de norton va dans panneau de configuration double clik sur ajout et supression de programme  desintale norton.
ensuite reeinstalle le setup de norton et tu verra le probleme sera resolu

 Pour désinstaller : "Panneau de configuration" puis "Programmes et fonctionnalités" choisir "norton 360" puis clic droit "désinstaller"

oui fait comme il a dit kan tu arrivera sur ajout et suppression de programme apui F5 pour actualiser la page et va sur norton clik sur suprimer et non modifier ok la page de desinstallation s'affichera et tu na ka suivre les instruction ok

Si après avoir réinstallé Norton 360 ton problème persiste, il te faudra l'aide d'un spécialiste car selon moi cela ressemble fort à une infection du type "Bagle".

Oui c'est assez radical mais très efficace.

Tant que tu y es, avant de formater supprime les cracks éventuellement présents sur ton pc.

Ca t'évitera une ré-infection.

Possible mais si on tient compte de tous les symptomes décrits : Windows Defender HS, Windows Update HS et Norton 360 HS, je trouve que ca fait beaucoup trop de coincidences, tu n'es pas de mon avis ?

Si je partage ton avis mais il ya des kestions ke nous devont se poser d'abord
primo: ya til un anti virus deja installé sur le poste  avant norton 360 sur le poste? si oui je pense (selon moi) ke 
c'es risker d'installer deux anti virus sur un meme pc.

Mon abonnement de norton est encore valide à ce que je sache je n'est qu'un seul anti virus sur le pc mais lors de la réinstalation Norton m'a dit qu'il y avait une version plus récente sur le pc mais je ne sais pas trop où j'ai deja cherché.

*  Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) sur ton bureau : 

        http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055379 malwarebytes anti malware

    * Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
    * Dans l'onglet Mise à jour, clique sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte.
    * Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rendez-vous dans l'onglet Recherche.
    * Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet.
    * Clique sur Rechercher. L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.
    * A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :



L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

    * Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
    * Ferme tes navigateurs.


Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.

    * Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre infectés et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
    * MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse, sauvegarde-le.

Moi je deconseille stictement norton c'est vraiment de l'anarque ! Beaucoup de monde a des problemes avec se jore d'antivirus ! 

JE VOUS CONSEILLE //  nod32 elue meilleur antivirus de l'annee ! // avast qui ai bien puissant // 

Ces 2 antivirus sont mie a jour tout les jours ! 
Avast peut se mettre 4 fois a jour par journee si vous laissez votre ordinateur allumer ! 
Nod32 verifie vos fichiers stocker sur le pc a une vitesse allucinante c'est comme sa qu'il détecte les virus tres vite ! Il est bien capable de neutralizer tout les virus sur son passage !

Il est clair que tu as logiciel publicitaire que tu n'as peut-être pas voulus...
Analyse avec spybot, pour pouvoir te débarasser de celui-ci quant à Norton 360, il n'y a pas énormément de solutions... Une fois que tu te seras débarassé des virus présents sur ton ordinateur, ré-installe le ou répare-le si la fonction existe...

Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
Clique "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT va le télécharger (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

&#8226; Décoche la case "Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur". 
&#8226; Clique sur OK pour enregistrer la modification et redémarre ton PC lorsque cela t'est demandé.

Télécharge et installe ==>UsbFix<== de "C,C,C"

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

# Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

# choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite,poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé. 
* Double-clique sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D. 
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis valide avec la touche "Entrée". 
Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".

Crée un dossier C:\WORT 
Installe les fichiers en cliquant sur WORT.exe

redémarre en mode sans échec(pour cela,redémarre ton PC,avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse,tapote la touche [F8] ou [F5],ensuite,choisis dans le panneau "Démarrer en mode sans échec" puis appuye sur la touche [Enter])

Ouvre le dossier et clique sur WareOut_Removal_Tool.bat
Choisis l'option 1 
Un rapport serat créé;Il sera enregistré dans C:\WORT\WORT_report.txt
si le tool te propose d'éxécuter le fichier WORTregfix.reg, accepte en cliquant deux fois de suite sur "OUI".
Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport.

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et enregistre le sur ton Bureau. 
https://www.malwarebytes.com/ 

(NB : S'il te manque "COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharges le ici : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/ )

A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci. 
Double-clique sur l'icône "Download_mbam-setup.exe" sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.
 
Pendant l'installation, suis les indications n'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options "Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" et "Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" soit cochées. 
MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue.
La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche : 
Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen rapide" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse. 
MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. 
L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement. 
A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. 
Si des malwares sont détectés, leur liste s'affiche. 
***EN CLIQUANT SUR SUPPRESSION(?)FAIT LE*** , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs) 
Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter. 
Poste le rapport dans ta réponse

Télécharge ==>Combofix sUBs<== 
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs! 

**Désactive les logiciels de protection** (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis : 
deconnecte toi d'internet,ferme tout les programmes 

Double-clique sur combofix,
ensuite,
il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider. 
**ne touche plus à rien, même pas ta souris!!** 

Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

J'ai lancé une analyse rapide il a juste trouvé un Traking cookies ( je crois que sa s'appel comme sa :p ) mais par contre suite a toutes les manipes je n'avais plus msn je l'ai réinstallé et une fois l'instal. fini une quinzaine de page internet se sont ouvert sans que je demande quelque chose

Enfet la page qui c'est ouverte c'est une version de google que j'ai jamais vue, la page est bleu et dans le lien y'a marqué Lost un truc dans ce genre mais depuis sa me l'a plus fait.

&#8226; Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-scan.log )

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

&#8226; Au menu principal choisis l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .

&#8226; Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-clean.log )



Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.


ensuite va dans les options internet et réinstalle ta page favorite
