Contributeur sécuritéPOur les bugs sur le forum, cela arrive parfois.
il faut prendre son mal en patience.
Pour comodo, tu as installer la version 3.0 en anglais.
Dans ce cas, désinstalle la version actuelle et installe la version 2.4 comme indiqué sur le lien :

Attention décochez lors de l'installation les options relatives à AskBar
On termine :
Tu vas utiliser CCleaner.
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 168 ccleaner
utilise les fonctions nettoyeur et registre.
3) Les points de restauration :
- Panneau de configuation --> Système --> Restauration du sytème
cocher " Désactiver la restauration .... " ( si elle est cochée sinon la décocher -- > valider -- > cocher )
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir pour t’avertir que les poins de restauration existants seront supprimés.
Accepte.
Décoche ensuite « Désactiver la restauration .... » pour réactiver la restauration système
- Tu vas recréer un point de restauration propre.
Pour recréer un point de restauration :
Démarrer --> Programmes --> Accessoires --> Outils système --> Restauration système
Choisis "Créer un point de restauration". Suis les invites.
Après tout ca, ton PC devrait être propre et protégé.
Si tu as le moindre problème, poste un message.

La manip sur les points de restauration va supprimer définitivement l'infection dans la restauration système.

je préfère te donner quelques conseils pour que tu ne sois pas surpris par le fonctionnement de ce parefeu.
C'est un peu compliqué car les parefeus actuels peuvent être capricieux.
Ils interfèrent dans toutes les applications qui veulent accéder au net.
Tu as donc dans un premier temps des alertes qui te demandent si tu acceptes ou pas que tel ou tel programme accède à tel ou tel autre programme.
Si tu n'es pas très habitué à ce genre d'alertes, je te conseille de ne pas choisir un niveau trop élevé de protections. Ce sera suffisant mais tu ne seras pas gené tout le temps.
Quand tu installeras une application et qu'elle veuille accéder au net, comodo te mettra ces alertes la première fois qu'il y aura une action avec ce processus. Lors de mises à jour, c'est également le cas. Et d'autres cas ( utilisation d'une appli tierce )
Accepte quand c'est une appli que tu connais en essayant de comprendre ce qui se passe.
Si tu as un doute avec une appli : la première fois, ne crée pas immédiatement la règle. Autorise et vois ce qui se passe.
Si tu ne remarques pas de problème, la fois suivante ( a priori ), tu peux créer la règle.
Comme ton PC est propre, il faut que tu acceptes et crées des règles pour la majorité des applis.
Après, tu seras dans le cas de figure d'au-dessus.

Il faut désinstaller avast.
Installe Antivir comme antivirus. C'est le meilleur antivirus gratuit actuel.
Le plus réactif pour la mise à jour des nouveaux virus, ce qui est un critère important.
Comme parefeu, installe ensuite Comodo, excellent produit et qui te protègera efficacement ( je dirais au contraire de Avast qui lui n'est pas un vrai parefeu ).
Comme antispyware, c'est équivalent.
IL faut en désactiver un ( qui te servirait à l'occasion pour vérifier ) et garder un actif.
Si tu préfères ad-aware, ok.
Si tu veux suivre la procédure que je t'ai indiqué :
1/ Désactive le système d’autoprotection avast ( icône dans la barre des taches à click droit et arrêter la protection résidente )
Puis dans ajout/suppression de programmes, désinstalle Avast.
Utilise ensuite l'outil suivant pour bien nettoyer cette ancienne installation :

2/ Télécharge Antivir.

Suis le tuto pour installer Antivir :

* Mets à jour Antivir et lance un scan complet
* Pour cela, clique sur l'onglet Protection Locale puis Contrôler
* Choisis les éléments à scanner ( disques durs locaux ).
* Lance le scan en cliquant sur la loupe.
Lorsque le scan est terminé, tu as la possibilité de générer un rapport en cliquant sur le bouton rapport.
Poste le rapport.
On interprétera le rapport.

télécharger comodo, mais j'ai décocher l'option antivirus vu qu'il y a déjà antivir
j'ai décocher realtimer de spy-bot.
faut-il déactiver le parefeu windows?
comodo s'installe t-il automatiquement en tant que pare feu?

Tu as deux antispywares qui se lancent au démarrage : Ad-Aware et Spybot.

Il faut en désactiver un et garder l'autre actif.
Dis-moi lequel tu veux garder en protection active sur le PC.

Copiez succesivement les chemins indiqués ci-dessous et les coller dans la zone à analyser.

Tu cliques ensuite sur envoyer le fichier.
Tu postes les rapports des analyses ( pour cela, tu sélectionnes la zone de résultat --> click droit --> copier )

Nom du fichier : Télécharge <gras>OAD et enregistre le sur ton bureau

• Double clique sur le OAD pour le lancer.
• dans la fenêtre qui va s'ouvrir, tape le nom de fichier à rechercher, puis valide par Entrée
Nom du fichier : wmiprvse.exe
• Choisis le type de recherche : sélectionne l'option 6 puis valide par Entrée.
OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier. Laisse le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ai terminé.
Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement à dès qu'il en aura terminé.

C'est un peu embêtant car le scan en ligne de Kaspersky ne supprime pas les fichiers.µIl ne ait que les détecter.
Pourquoi tu n'arrives pas à sauvegarder le rapport à la fin ?
Il faut cliquer sur enregistrer le rapport à la fin du scan et le sauvegarder sur ton bureau, par exemple.
peux-tu ressayer une dernière fois ,, ce soir ou demain ?

ok je vais encore essayer, lorsque le scan est terminé, il note bien en bas à gauche terminé mais il n'affiche pas les cases enregister le rapport comme dans le tuto c'est tout blanc à la place, j'ai fait une photo de l'écran mais je n'arrive pas à te l'envoyer. bon je relance le scan en ligne, il faut 2 hrs environ je te l'envois demain, merci pour ton aide

Avast t'a bloqué ce virus.
Ad-Aware t'a bien détecté deux infections dans la restauration système.
Navilog a bien trouvé une clé dans la base de registre.
On va faire deux vérifications supplémentaires si tu le veux bien.
Cela va prendre un peu de temps mais poste les rapports une fois terminé.
1\ Tu télécharges MalwareBytes.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
Tu l'installes. Choisis les options par défaut.
A la fin de l’installation, il te sera demandé de mettre à jour MalwareBytes et de l’éxecuter .
Accepte. Après la, mise à jour, le logiciel va s’ouvrir.
Dans l’onglet Recherche, sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet.
Clique sur recherche. Tu ne sélectionnes que les disques durs de l’ordinateur.
Clique sur lancer l’examen.
A la fin de la recherche, comme il est demandé, clique sur afficher les résultats.
Si des infections sont trouvées, clique sur Supprimer la sélection.
Tu postes le rapport dans ton prochain message.
Si tu ne retrouves pas le rapport, ouvre MalwareBytes et regarde dans l’onglet Rapport/logs. Il y est. Clique dessus et choisir ouvrir.
2\ Tu vas sur le site de Kaspersky:
https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
Clique sur Demarrer Online-scanner ( en bas de page à droite ) pour commencer l'analyse.
Il te sera demandé d'installer un logiciel de Kaspersky, accepte.
A la fin de cette analyse, clique sur enregistrer le rapport.
Poste le contenu de ce rapport dans ton prochain message.

Ton PC va redémarrer. C'est normal. Pour cela, tu fermes toutes les fenêtres ouvertes.
Après redémarrage, choisis ton compte.
