Erreur d'execution Malwarebytes!!
Bonsoir,
J'ai un souci,je pense que je mon ordi est infecté car j'arrive pas a lancer Malwarebyte.Pourtant je l'ai bien installer.J'ai essayé Spybot et Bitedifender en ligne mais ca n'arrange rien!
Auriez-vous une soluce SVP?

Salut en fait, le problème ne venait pas de malware antibytes mais de NOUS et oui la plupart d'entre nous avons modifié nos registres exemple: j'avais apposé à coté de l'heure 00:00:prénom dans les options régionales linguistiques....
donc remettez par défaut HH:MM et en symbole ne rien mettre.
Relancez votre pc et refaites un examen complet rapide ou éclair si vous possédez une clef et le tour est joué.

Non ces outils n'usent pas le PC de les utiliser trop souvent !
Il faut juste bien sauvegarder laz base de registre par précaution lorsque tu fais CCleaner.

Pour moi il a visiblement suffit de desinstaller Malwarebytes et de le réinstaller pour que le probleme disparait. Mais au fil de la discution j'ai lancé CCleaner. donc ça a peut etre joué aussi ^^
Je voudrai savoir si c'est pas dangereux au final d'utiliser des logiciels comme TuneUp, CCleaner, etc si on les utilise trop souvent ??

Et merci à Crapoulou de le préciser... car en me relisant, j'ai vu qu'en fait, Toolbar a été suggéré par Genproc... Du coup, c'est vrai que mon canned avec explications est passé à la trappe !! XDD

Sitôt désinfecté, sitôt réinfecté. comme tu peux voir j'avais déjà fait tourner ToolbarSD. Bref, je pense aussi que la cause est la version non-officielle de Windows.
Désolé Chayan, pas de réponse de leur part, mais je pense qu'il n'y aura pas de suite.

Ton problème persistant, je te conseil de formater ton PC, ce qui supprimera automatiquement toute erreurs système ou virus camouflé.
Cela fera du bien a ton PC en plus ^^ (niveau performance).

Si vous avez des problèmes avec Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware protection s'il vous plaît suivez les instructions suivantes.
1. Désinstaller Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware en utilisant Ajout / Suppression de programmes dans le panneau de contrôle.
2. Redémarrez votre ordinateur (très important).
3. Téléchargez et exécutez cet utilitaire --> https://data-cdn.mbamupdates.com/v1/tools/mbam-clean/data/mbam-clean-2.3.0.1001.exe
4. Il vous sera demandé de redémarrer votre ordinateur (veuillez le laisser faire).
5. Après le redémarrage de l'ordinateur, installez la dernière version ici. --> https://download.cnet.com/malwarebytes-anti-malware/windows.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button
Note: Vous aurez besoin de réactiver le programme en utilisant la licence qui vous a été envoyé par e-mail. -

C'est bien d'être passé à Avira ! T n'as pas eu de problème pour supprimer Avast ? Sinon, j'ai un utilitaire.
Je me renseignerai pour MBAM et si j'ai quelque chose, je te le posterai ici. (je vais aller poster un message sur leur forum directement en espérant avoir une réponse)

Pas de soucis pour hier ! ;)
/!\ A ceux qui sont de passage: Ne pas utiliser cet outil sans avis d'un intervenant /!\
/!\ Désactive tes protections résidentes (Antivirus, Antispywares, etc...) /!\
Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
* Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.
* Il va te demander d'installer la console de récupération : ACCEPTE!.
* Ne touche pas au pc durant le scan.
* Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

Combofix n'a pas demandé à installer la console de récupération,il a fait le scan directement.Apres j'ai redemarré et j'ai remis mon parefeu et avast.Voici le resultat:

Fais ceci:
Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)
http://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.ht%C2%ADml
Choisis "enregistrer" et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône d'installation qui vient de se créer et suis les instructions.
Créé une icône sur le bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône de SAS (une tête dans un cercle rouge barré) pour le lancer.
- Si l'outil te demande de mettre à jour le programme ("update the program definitions", clique sur yes.
- Sous Configuration and Préférences, clique sur le bouton "Préférences"
- Clique sur l'onglet "Scanning Control "
- Dans "Scanner Options ", assure toi que la case devant lles lignes suivantes est cochée :
Close browsers before scanning (Fermer Navigateur avant le scan)
Scan for tracking cookies (Scan pour dépister les cookies)
Terminate memory threats before quarantining (Terminez les menaces de mémoire avant de mettre en quarantaine)
- Laisse les autres lignes décochées.
- Clique sur le bouton "Close" pour quitter l'écran du centre de contrôle.
- Dans la fenêtre principale, clique, dans "Scan for Harmful Software", sur "Scan your computer".
Dans la colonne de gauche, coche C:\Fixed Drive.
Dans la colonne de droite, sous "Complète scan", clique sur "Perform Complète Scan"
Clique sur "next" pour lancer le scan. Patiente pendant la durée du scan.
A la fin du scan, une fenêtre de résultats s'ouvre . Clique sur OK.
Assure toi que toutes les lignes de la fenêtre blanche sont cochées et clique sur "Next".
Tout ce qui a été trouvé sera mis en quarantaine. S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer l'ordi ("reboot"), clique sur Yes.
Pour recopier les informations sur le forum, fais ceci :
- après le redémarrage de l'ordi, double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer SAS.
- Clique sur "Préférences" puis sur l'onglet "Statistics/Logs ".
- Dans "scanners logs", double-clique sur SuperAntiSpyware Scan Log.
- Le rapport va s'ouvrir dans ton éditeur de texte par défaut.
- Copie son contenu dans ta réponse.
