Virus or not virus?
salut à tous,
Bon là c'est le message du désespoir. Ca fait 2 semaines que mon ordi plante, sans arrêt. (ça c'était le résumé lol). EN gros, un jour mon ordi a planté. j'ai fait ctrl+alt+suppr mais cette commande n'a pas marché, l'écran est devenu tout noir. Un message est apparu mais je vous avouerai que je ne m'en souviens plus. J'ai éteins , rallumé (choix du mode sans echec), je choisis "démarrer normalement" et ainsi de suite, le bureau apparait et se plante. En revanche le mode sans échec fonctionne bien, parfois. En effet, lorsque je le lance en mode sans échec, celui ci se charge et s'éteint brusquement et l'ordi se relance (choix du mode sans échec) etc etc... jusqu'a ce que des fois ca marche.
J'ai effectué de nombreux formatages, mais sans succès le problème persiste. Il va marcher 2 jours et après la galère recommence (est ce du aux mises à jour?? ou à un virus qui a résisté au formatage) Les points de restauration sont inexistants, jpeux pas restaurer vista non plus, je suis obligé de formater C:/ directement avec mes CD de réinstallation.
Pour info j'ai un SONY VAIO.

Je n'arrive pas à utiliser combofix, il me dit que je ne peux pas renommé le logiciel combofix en jacob... -
Contributeur sécuritébon , je vois rien de spécial qui puisse expliquer cela , tu n'aurais pas eu ce problème à la suite du téléchargement ou installation de logiciel ou matériel car cela pourrait être un conflit ou un problème sur ton DD, bon mais comme hijackthis ne nous dis pas toujours tout tu vas utiliser un outil puissant donc attention de bien suivre les recommendations, tu ne touches à ton pc que pour répondre quand il te le demande et surtout tu attend bien la fin cela peut prendre 30 minutes, et puis surtout tu déactives toutes tes protections et tu te déconnect de sur internet en fermant toutes les fenêtre.
tu vas utiliser combofix mais que j'ai renommé pour contrer certaine infection tu suis les indications du début à la fin , tu posteras le rapport
Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs
(tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
* Vas dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
* Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
* Cliques ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Télécharge jacob (combofix renomé) :http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/89820622056365782/jacob.exe
Puis choisis le bureau"
Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :" jacob "
Déconnecte ton PC d'Internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.
Désactive provisoirement (et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix), la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, (activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil).
Cliques-droit sur l'icône de ComboFix.exe ( jacob.EXE ) du bureau ==> choisir "Exécuter en tant que Administrateur", [Exécuter] et suivre les invites.
Si vous utilisez Windows Vista, et si vous recevez un avertissement de l'UAC (Contrôle de compte d'utilisateur) vous demandant si vous voulez continuer, il faut cliquer sur le bouton [Continuer].
Réponds oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.
Accepter les alertes éventuelles.
Laisse se dérouler le scan.
Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sers pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programme.
Soit patient (même si tu penses que le PC est arrêté) ; les temps « d'arrêt apparent » sont parfois de plusieurs minutes (il y a ± 40 étapes d’analyse).
- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisse-le faire.
- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc-notes sur le bureau.
Attention : Il est très probable que l'outil bloque à la fenêtre "Find3M" ; si c'est le cas, appuie simultanément sur les touches CTRL + ALT + DEL (Sup.), clique sur l'un des deux CF#####.exe (où ##### sont des chiffres aléatoires) et le rapport sera généré !
• Réactives la protection en temps réel de ton Anti-virus et de ton Anti-spywares, avant de te reconnecter à Internet.
Note: ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

Contributeur sécuritépourquoi : Boot mode: Safe mode with network support ce mode peux tu le refaire mais en mode normal la je vois rien car dans le mode sans echec seul les processus indispensable à windows sont démarrés donc les processus lié à une infection sont rarement détectable dans ce mode, Merci

HijackThis est un outil développé par merijn, capable de détecter les composants ajoutés à votre navigateur, les programmes lancés au démarrage du système, etc. Le programme vous permet de consulter tous les éléments et éventuellement de les retirer de l'ordinateur. HijackThis est, par exemple, en mesure de forcer le changement de la page d'accueil. Cette fonction est particulièrement utile lorsque votre navigateur ne vous permet plus de modifier la page d'accueil car un site se l'est appropriée ! Le logiciel peut également enregistrer des paramètres par défaut et ignorer certains éléments définis.

.Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
.installes le , il va s'installer par défaut dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
.Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"
.Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
.Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

non un virus survis pas au formatge ( a moins de virus super balaise peut etre), donc je penserais plutot a un soucis matériel, ca fais combien de temps que tu as ton pc ? (il sont pas eternel)
