Hello,
I have a problem when I want to install updates; the error code is 80073712.
I did some research and read that I needed to delete the file C:\windows\winsxs\pending.xml in the command prompt, but I can't manage to do it...
Can you please help me?

The problem is solved.
Just modify the pending.xml file
Windows/winsxs/
--> look for the pending.xml file
--> rename it to pending.xml.old
