What format for r4 games

Hello, I bought a 4r card for my nds, I installed the software to put games on my ds, as well as winzip.
Despite all this, I can't play my games! HEEEELP!
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    You need to unzip them by right-clicking on a rar file and selecting extract here, and then you'll find the nds file...

    Hello,

    The RAR format is like the ZIP format (it's a compressed file), it contains the NDS file inside.
    To extract it, you need the WinRAR software, which you can easily find in a trial version online.

      How do you actually use WinRAR? I don't know how to use WinRAR to convert games to NDS format. How did you do it?

      WinRAR creates a folder
      but to compress these files it's WinZip.

      I'm going to get the DS and the R4 very soon and I would like to start downloading the games I like, but I'm having trouble finding a website where I can get them in nds format. I can only find them in RAR format, can that still work? Or how can I convert them to nds format?
