What games for an internet café?

Hello everyone,
I am in the process of putting together a file for the creation of a cyber café in a small university town in the Bouches-du-Rhône.
I would like to know what are the latest games to purchase, what stock I should keep, I will have 10 workstations, how many licenses...

    a license per post already, but sometimes you can buy them in "bulk" to get prices later for the games the MMOs RPGs are selling like hotcakes there are The Sims as well but after that it depends on the targeted age of the players^^

    oh and also Counter Strike I can’t write it anymore CS what!
