Software to install on R4 card for DS

Hello, I have an R4 card without an installation disk and I would like to know which software to install to convert DS games in RAR format to NDS format for it. I specify that I am using Vista, I have WinRAR, WinZip to extract, but I’m going crazy because I’m under pressure at home with the kids. lol. Thank you for your help and responses, I'll return the favor.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Thank you for the site, but my console displays: couldn't_find_menu.dat, and installing linker slot 1; I believe that 20 years of boxing, 1 single fight but for now it's 19 years of coma. lol thanks for enlightening my lantern Master Yoda because right now I'm just a young padawan. Thank you
