Trojan

Bonjour,
voila , je viens de faire un scan ( avec avast) et un trojan a ete decouvert ....
j'ai lu le post concernant un probleme du meme type , j'ai donc telechargé hijackhis ...
je poste le resultat ... pouvez vous me donner la marche a suisvre pour continuer ?
