Au secours Virus

Question

Bonjour,

Après avoir essayé en vain de supprimer un trojan, j'ai mon fond d'écran qui clignote avec un gros WARNING, ci-dessous le rapport hijackthis.

Merci de m'aider, je pense que mon gamin a voulu télécharger un jeu.

salut

télécharges smitfraudfix de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31 

En image :

tu doubles cliques sur smitfraudfix.cmd et tu choisi l option 1
cela vas générer un rapport.

Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum stp.

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc... 

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

Salut

J'ai suivi ta procédure.
Au redémarrage, je n'ai plus le fond d'écran avec WARNING mais je n'ai pas non plus retrouvé mon ancien fond d'écran.
J'ai également fait entre temps une recherche rapide avec malwarebytes et j'ai encore une infection. J'attends tes ordres avant de faire quoi que ce soit.

L'outil ne nécessite pas d'installation.

Lances-le en cliquant sur l'icône dds.scr

Cette fenêtre DOS va apparaitre:

Le scan ne doit pas dépasser trois minutes.
Un premier rapport va s'ouvrir que tu enregistreras sous DDS.txt par défaut sur le bureau.
Il te sera demandé si tu veux faire le scan optionnel.
Accepte par Oui
Un nouveau rapport s'ouvre que tu enregistres sous Attach.txt sur le bureau.
Tu ne le fourniras que si nécessaire.
Poste le rapport DDS.txt

oups j´ai oublié la fin des instructions 

et colles le dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt3 :
Paste Instructions for items to be moved.
(ne touche à rien d'autre !)

-> cliques sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
-> laisses travailler l'outil ...

( Note : ton bureau va disparaitre puis réapparaitre, c'est normal .)

-> une fois finis , un petite fenêtre s'ouvre : cliques sur " Yes " .

Ton PC va redémarrer de lui même ...

-->Postes le contenu du rapport qui se trouve dans le dossier "C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles"
( " xxxx2008_xxxxxx.log " où les "x" correspondent au jour et à l'heure de l'utilisation ).

on va passer ceci :

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

bon on va user des grands moyens :

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe     

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Télécharge OAD http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/OAD.exe
- Enregistre le sur ton bureau

Double clique sur le OAD pour le lancer

- nom de fichier à rechercher tape ou fais un copier coller de :

userinit

- Type de recherche : sélectionne l'option 6 puis valide


OAD va maintenant rechercher le fichier. Laisse le travailler jusqu'à ce qu'il en ait terminé.
Le rapport de recherche s'affichera automatiquement à l’écran dès qu'il aura terminé.

- Fais un copier / coller de ce rapport dans ton prochain post.

Note importante : Suivant la taille des disques durs cette recherche peut prendre plusieurs minutes. Sois patient

mais regardes si il a trouvé des infection et ce qu´il en a fait
tu vas voir il y auras des fichiers si trouvés puis en dessous deleted ou desinfected d´ecrit...

on va faire ceci :

Vas sur le site https://virusscan.jotti.org/
- Clic en haut à droite sur "Parcourir", navigue dans les dossiers et sélectionne ce fichier :
c:\windows\system32\userinit.exe
- Clic sur submit toujours en haut à droite
- Le scan va se lancer, ça va prendre un petit instant
- En bas, tu as le résultat du scan, copie/colle le résultat complet du scan ici.

J´ai recu l´avis d´un autre helpeur :)

Tu as encore smitfraudfix, n´est ce pas ?

Alors voici :

Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) dès le démarrage et tu choisis le mode sans échec)

- Ouvre le dossier "SmitfraudFix" et double clique sur "Smitfraudfix.cmd", choisit l 'option 2 et tu réponds oui à tout.

Enregistre le rapport puis Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum stp.

Puis repasse malwarebytes en scan rapide pour verifier :)

Pour c:\windows\system32\drivers\82235fb9.sys fais le analyser sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Le service (l´autre site) devait être surchargé pendant ton upload...

pour avancer un peu G!rly ,


fais ceci dans l'ordre :

1- Avoir accès aux fichiers cachés :
 
Va dans Menu Démarrer->Poste de travail->Outils->Options des dossiers...->Affichage 
* "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés" ---> coché 
* "Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu" ---> décoché 
* "masquer les fichiers du système" ---> décoché
-> valide la modif ( "appliquer" puis "ok" ).
( tu remetteras les paramètres de départ une fois la désinfection terminée , pas avant ... ) 



2- Rends toi sur ce site : 

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ 

Copies ce qui suit et colles le dans l'espace pour la recherche : 
c:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe

Clique sur Send File ( = " Envoyer le fichier " ). 

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne. 

Attends bien la fin ... Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé. 

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note. 

Copie le dans ta prochaine réponse ... 

( Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur le bouton Ré-analyse le fichier maintenant )


Fais de même pour :
c:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\userinit.exe 



Poste moi donc ces 2 rapports ( surtout le début avec le listing des AV , et en précisant bien au début de chacuns à quel fichier ils correspondent ) et attends la suite ...


Une fois ces deux rapports postés , fais ceci :


3- Télécharge GenProc  (de Jean-Chretien1 et Narco4) sur ton bureau (et pas ailleur !) :

!!Déconnecte toi et ferme tes applications en cours !!

Dézippe (=extraire tout) le contenu de ce que tu viens de télécharger sur ton bureau .  

Ouvre le dossier Genproc :
double-clique sur GenProc.bat et laisse faire ...

Une fois terminé, poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre ...

IMPORTANT : poste le rapport et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvant il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement ) .

fais cette autre rapport de diagnostique stp :

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable  sur ton Bureau.

! Ferme bien toutes tes applications en cours !

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " . 

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months 

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...


( Note : Si la dernière version de HijackThis n'est pas détectée sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera et te demandera d'accepter la licence.)


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note). 

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante ... si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps,
cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum ... 
Et si "log.txt" seul, ne passe pas non plus , fais le en 2 fois ... merci ...

( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

Bonsoir luwa, 

Alors voila comment tu vas procéder :

Tu mets le CD windows dans ton lecteur et tu tiens enfoncer la touche "shift", tu la tiens enfoncée tant que le lecteur CD est en action; ceci afin de l'empêcher de démarrer automatiquement. 

Une fois que le cd à arrêté de tourner

Click sur demarrer > executer

Dans la boite de dialogue tape :

expand D:\i386\userinit.exe_ c:\userinit.exe
(en considérant que la lettre du lecteur de CD soit D)

En suite rends toi à la racine du disque c > démarrer/mon ordinateur/ double click sur le disque c > là tu devrais maintenant avoir le fichier userinit.exe

En suite

Tu vas dans le dossier system32 > demarrer > mon ordinateur > disque c > windows > system 32 

localise le fichier userinit et renomme le en userinit.exe.vir puis fais glisser l´autre userinit dedans

redemarres le pc et passes mbam et dis moi (nous :)

ta version de acrobat reader n´est pas a jour, tu veux la derniere verion en date alors desinstale ta version par le panneau de configuration / ajoue et suppression de programme

et instale la derniere :

ou oublie completement acrobat reader et instales foxit plus léger a la place:

c´est un resident, il suffit de le mettre a jour de temps en temps car la version gratuite ne le fait pas toute seul , une fois installé et mis a jour tu mets toutes les protections sur "enable"

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

non ne change rien a ton ip.
