Hello,
The icon for my recycle bin appears full, yet when I click it, there are no
folders. BUT if I choose to empty it, it asks me: do you really want to delete "Windows"? I am
very worried because I don't understand!
Is it a ghost? If I click delete what will happen?
Thank you for your responses!

A PRIORI I FOUND THE ANSWER AND IT WORKS ... thank you

This occurs especially when you have deleted a significant number of files.
To get the "Empty Recycle Bin" icon back, a simple manipulation is enough.
Create a new folder on the desktop: Right-click > New > Folder
Name it something random (anyway, we will delete it immediately)
Right-click on the file > Delete > Confirm sending the file to the recycle bin (Yes)
Right-click on the recycle bin > Empty the recycle bin > Confirm deletion (Yes)
