Trojan Vundo Gen 4

Bonjour,

Je sais que quelques personnes ont déjà posté quelques topics au sujet du trojan Vundo Gen 4, mais il se trouve que mon problème est différent.

J'ai été infectée par ce trojan (quand, je ne sais pas, mais récemment, pour sûr) et, après de nombreuses lectures de réponses à ce même problème, j'ai décidé d'utiliser le logiciel Undll qui m'a permis de supprimer, après scan via Bitdefender, le fichier dll créé par le virus.
Après reboot du système, il se trouve que l'infection est toujours là. J'ai fait un scan approfondie de tout le système, mais Bitdefender ne trouve rien. Pourtant, à l'ouverture de Firefox, j'ai encore des ouvertures de pages mettant en vente des antivirus (ce que le trojan faisait déjà auparavant), des pages vides et même invisibles, ou des pages sur des pages perso type Myspace pour Roumains (sans offenser les Roumains).

Je ne vois pas quoi faire, dans la mesure où le dll est introuvable depuis que je l'ai supprimé. Mais, il doit bien en rester quelque chose, où je ne serais pas là à poster sur le forum. Bref, je deviens folle.

Je tiens également à préciser, pour le cas où une personne aurait connu le même problème, que je ne suis pas spécialement douée en informatique. Je me débrouille assez bien, mais ce n'est pas ma spécialité, donc, pour les réponses proposées (en espèrant qu'il y en ai), il vaut mieux éviter les solutions trop complexes !

    Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"

    ---> Je te conseille vivement d'installer la Console de récupération.

    Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

    En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

    Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

                  ---> Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) sur ton Bureau.
                  ---> Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
                  ---> Dans l'onglet Mise à jour, clique sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte.
                  ---> Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet Recherche.
                  ---> Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet.
                  ---> Clique sur Rechercher. L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.

                  A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

                  L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

                  ---> Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
                  ---> Ferme tes navigateurs.
                  Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
                  ---> Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre infectés et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
                  ---> MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
