CCMX WinWinner Issue

Hello,

I can no longer access my accounting in CCMX WinWinner (Windows XP), a message appears saying the folder is already open by another user.
Thank you for your help, as I have all my husband's company's accounting and I can't do anything anymore.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

To solve your problem, you need to log into ccmx winner: go to explorer and then go to case management - then enter the name of your file - reselect it from the list and click on "unlock" on the right and answer yes to unlock.

I have an open folder, but I can't open the CCMX explorer. A message appears saying "the section does not exist," then "file not found," and finally "check the path."
I reinstalled the program and restored it to an earlier date, but nothing works.
I'm desperate.
However, I can work normally on my other folders.

My company uses CCMX and we are currently facing a recurring problem and we have no support. We cannot close an accounting year solely because the general ledger is unbalanced, even though all the journals are balanced and everything seems correct. Our accountant does not understand why we are experiencing this problem. Can you help us with this?

Hello,

You say you cannot close your exercise because of the unbalanced ledger. Is there a message when you print the ledger?

1) Check that the file is in exclusive use; at the bottom of the screen, you should see the name of your file, the exercise date, and UE in parentheses; if you see UP, you are in shared mode (in which case you cannot close it). You need to close the file and reopen it requesting EXCLUSIVE mode.

2) You can also run the control tools
in the file --> tools --> controls:
. Verification of the matching
. Recalculation of journal totals
. Recalculation of centralizers
. Control of opening justifications

Just to thank the author of the response regarding user unlocking on Winner CCMX.
That's absolutely correct and it was very helpful to me.
Just for clarification, it is indeed from the Ex button (Access to the Explorer application) that user unlocking can be done, exactly as described by this author.

Thanks to him for taking the time to share information with others.

Hello,
We have exactly the same problem with "a folder already open ...." when that is not the case.
By browsing through the various posts related to your response, we do not understand how to reach the "EX" button in Internet Explorer.

Response please very urgent, because during the closing of the accounts, we have to re-enter everything!!!

Good evening,

It's not from Internet Explorer but just from the CCMX WinWinner software. When you open it, you have a bar with colored icons. Explorer is the blue one with "ex" written on it. I hope I was able to help you.
