Mini chaîne augmente le volume toute seule

Hello,

I have a problem that has been going on for over a year now. It only occurs very rarely, so each time I think it's over.
Actually, I use a Hi-Fi system as an alarm clock in the morning, so I wake up to a radio station I really like. The maximum volume being "30", I set it to "4" to wake up in the morning (that's more than enough, even at that level it's loud). But sometimes when I wake up, the volume suddenly jumps from 4 to 14 or even sometimes to 30. And that happens in just a second. So you can imagine the situation at 6:30 in the morning. Not only do you wonder what's going on and "where the hell is that damn remote??!" right after waking up, but you also wake up the entire house pretty early like this...
I don't think I'm the only one experiencing this, so could you please help me? Maybe it's a manufacturer's defect, or maybe I could create or buy a small filter that wouldn't allow the volume to go higher than 5 for example (that I would place at the output of my system)...?
Thank you for any response and suggestion!
Have a good afternoon everyone,

Mickael.
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.4

You must always use the remote control to increase or decrease the volume, as the volume button
is motorized. Adjusting it manually messes up the system. I have a neighbor who had this issue
because from time to time he adjusted the volume manually on his old stereo, and the result was the same problem
as you!

Don't you have a function to turn it to "crescendo" when waking up?

Do you have a user manual? ;-))

Thank you for your responses. Yes, indeed, I use the button itself on the system once out of ten times, but it does happen. But how can I be sure that the time I had this morning was indeed the last (is just never touching the button again enough?)
And for the second answer, no, I do not have a manual, it's been a while so finding it... I can't find it online either.
Here is my system:

Thank you again for your answers!
Best regards.

Oh yes, sorry, I've never dealt with the "crescendo" function, but I don't really think there's one on my chain. And if I understand correctly, the sound would just go up in steps, and the only thing that would allow me to do is to realize it before it probably reaches 10-15, which is still going to hurt my ears...
Thanks for the answers!

ah it's a micro chain LG, I saw it on sale at many hypermarkets and online
and LG on sale was a piece of junk, LG also has two hard disk recording players on sale, DO NOT BUY!!!, I bought a Micro chain JVC 2 x 20 Watts
Divx player, TV sound on the chain via a SCART, radios, turbo boost, no cassette, price: 200 euros a year ago
Now that your volume knob has been adjusted manually I doubt it will work again

my JVC :

and in the description of your LG it is clearly stated:

Increase or decrease the volume, change your radio stations... Control all the main functions with the remote control.

Hello,

I know it's an old topic, but have you found a solution for this issue with sound variation at the end?

I have the same problem and I'm having a hard time finding help online (maybe I don't have the right keywords because I don't seem to be the only one in this situation)...
So, if anyone has any ideas on how to solve this, I'm all ears.

Thanks!
