J'ai installé hijack mais je ne sais pas comment l'utiliser (sur Window vista),pouvez vous m'aider s'il vous plait?

Salut,

pour vista:

Désactive le « contrôle des comptes utilisateurs = UAC »
(tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): Ne pas oublier !!
Désactiver l'UAC est nécessaire pour pouvoir faire fonctionner certains programmes sous Vista.
- Vas dans Démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Et "execute en tant qu'administrateur"=>clic droit dessus.

bonjour et merci de m' aider j'ai cliquer sur compte utilisateur mais je n'ai pas desactiver,juste modifier l'image/mot de passe/ajouter ou supprimer compte utilisateur.

Il est installer sur ton Bureau "hijackthis" ?

Si oui ,clic droit sur l'icone de hijackthis et "exécute en tant qu'administrateur".

-> Fais un double-clic sur "HJTInstall.exe" afin de lancer l'installation

-> Clique sur Install ensuite sur "I Accept"

-> Clique sur" Do a scan system and save log file"

-> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

Tu as plusieurs infections.

Commence par cela:

==>Télécharge sur ton bureau MSNFix

* Enregistrez le fichier sur votre bureau.
* Ne pas double-cliquer sur le fichier
* Faites un clic droit sur le fichier puis Extraire tout, le but étant de récupérer un dossier MSNFix

* Double-cliquez sur le dossier MSNFix afin de l'ouvrir
* Vous trouverez dedans un nouveau dossier ainsi qu'un fichier MSNFix.bat (le .bat peut ne pas apparaître chez vous).
* Double-cliquez sur MSNFix.bat

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis
"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
Referme le blocnote
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.

Re,

C'est bon sa refonctionne.

Fait ceci:

Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais-le toi-même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaître
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau

as-tu recu le compte rendu,j' ai relancé une recherche(1) navilog.Il faut m'excuser car je suis plutot nulle en informatique encore ,et il y'a certains termes bien spécifique a l' informatique que je ne maitrise pas encore!!!. Alors pardonne moi si je laisse echapper qqles questions qui pourrait laisser penser que"je suis bete a manger du foin".
