Hello,

Here is my problem:

Every time I try to install or uninstall a program, an error message appears: "error 6003, please check your internet connection, clear your temporary files."

Since I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, I'm reaching out to you.

    Run the CCleaner software and clean the temporary files...

    Wow, that's quick,

    okay I'm going to download CCleaner, but how do you clean temporary files (yes, I'm a bit of a klutz when it comes to computers)?

    go to internet options and select delete temporary files

    in ccleaner check everything except information entered in forms... and saved passwords
