Hello,

Here is my problem:

Every time I try to install or uninstall a program, an error message appears: "error 6003, please check your internet connection, clear your temporary files."

Since I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, I'm reaching out to you.

okay I'm going to download CCleaner, but how do you clean temporary files (yes, I'm a bit of a klutz when it comes to computers)?

I'm a clueless person too, and yet here’s how to clean it (1 start the analysis, 2 start the cleaning, 3 press ok, 4 wait he he he lol

go to internet options and select delete temporary files

in ccleaner check everything except information entered in forms... and saved passwords
