Hello,
I have a problem opening videos on the France Télévisions websites (France 2, 3, and 5). When I click the play button, nothing happens; the screen remains black. However, I have no issues on other websites. I tried with Firefox and Internet Explorer, and it doesn't work on either of them.
I am using Vista and I have a recent version of WMP (11, I believe).
I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help.
