urgent, prb virus trojant-dropper SEH Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
quelqu'un peut-il m'aider sur ce virus.
g déjà laissé 2 messages et sans réponse. j'vien de m'inscrire, peut être que je fais une mauvaise manip !!!
g malwarebytes, spware doctor, avast, ccleaner et spybot. il n'y a ke spyware doctor qui me le détecte et ne me le supprime pas.
merci de m'éclaircir à ce sujet.

g pas gran chose de détraqué. des fenètres qui souvrent comme ça
qd jveu les fermer (la croix) elle se réduisent
je c pas si ça vien de la mets javai emule et la g du le supprimer et imossible de le réinstaller, il me mets auteur inconnu qd je doi l'exécuter, et sa me le fai pour plusieur téléchargement. mai se qui est bizzare c qu'il n'y a que spyxare doctore qui le détecte, pas le reste

l'analyse est terminer, je n'est poas de rapport inscrit. j'avaid d cookies que g supprimer et un autre qui est en quarantaine : emplacement : [2388] C:\Users\lulu\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000.TMP\pack.exe
nom : backdoor.sdbot.dzk
qd je vais  sur C:\ sa me donne un symbole un epu comme une poulie, un truc rond à cran gris et le nom est "pack" dois-je le supprimer ?

merci qd meme mais je ne peu pas faire comme eux car au départ il faut que je téléchracge Navilog1 et je ne peu pas. qd je dois exécuter le programme il me mets auteur inconnu, donc je peu qd mm l'installer mai qd je l'ouvre sa marche pas, sa me mets accès refusé. si tu c pourkoi ??? chez moi ça marche mé il ne m'a jamé donné de resultats
essaye ceci
Telecharge UsbFix sur ton bureau

--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

--> Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau

-->choisi l option 1 (nettoyage)

--> Le pc va redémarer

-->Apres redémarrage post le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

J'ai le même probleme mais l'anti-virus est bitdefender, il voit les virus mais ne les supprime pas es qu'on pourrai m'éclaisir a ce sujet et me dire comment faire sans formaté ????

Spyware Doctor >> poubelle

A FAIRE DANS L'ORDRE

•	Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.(sur un des 2 liens)
http://pc-system.fr/
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner 
•	Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
•	Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
•	Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
•	Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
•	Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).



Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide. 

Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : 

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe 
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/rue-du-montceau/tutoriels.html#navilog 

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau. 
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. 
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis
"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". 

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1 
Laisse toi guider et patiente. 
Patiente jusqu'au message : 
*** Analyse Termine le ..... *** 
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir. 
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse. 
Referme le blocnote 
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.

Ok, quand tu as fini de supprimer les traces de Norton, fais ceci :

- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.

- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

ba spyware doctore détecte trojan-dropper seh, il n'y a que lui sur tous les autres que j'ai. l'ordi débloque un peu pour le moment. les fenètres fon rien de ske je leur dis. j'veux les fermer, elles s'agrandissent ou diminuent, qd jme serts de l'ascenseur la fenètre va se réduire que d truc comme ça, il se bloque par moment.
et depui hier, je c pas s'il y a un rapport, mais je reçois de mes contacts sur msn messenger juste une adresse du style httpp:/jojing.info/viewimage....avec mon adresse email après.
mes contacts en reçoivent plein aussi et l'adresse ne mène nul part.
alors docteur qu'est ce qu'il a mon ordi ?

---> C'est une infection mais vu que tu les reçois, ce sont tes contacts qui sont infectés. Si c'est toi qui les enverrait, c'est ton PC qui serait infecté.

Car si je te fais supprimer la clé de registre, autant que ce soit la bonne ^^

Pour le virus d'MSN, essaie ceci :

- Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton Bureau: 
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 

- Décompresse-le (Clic droit >> Extraire ici).

- Clique droit sur le fichier MSNFix.bat et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

- Exécute l'option R. 
Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.

Note : Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur. 

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.t, poste-le.

J'ai une idée.

- Fais un scan en ligne ici https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr (Avec Internet Explorer).

- En bas à droite, clique sur Démarrer Online-scanner.

- Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'affiche, clique sur J'accepte.

- Accepte les Contrôles ActiveX.

- Choisis Poste de travail pour le scan.

- Celui-ci terminé, sauvegarde (Choisis fichier texte) et poste le rapport.

non g plus rien, aprè avoir rallumer l'ordi, je l'ai refai et la g plus que la fenètre internet de ce site, sur mon bureau y a + d'icones et quand je rétrecie la fenètre elle apparait en bas à droite sans la barre des taches

Refais la manip' avec OTMoveIt3 mais en mode sans échec.

---> Pour redémarrer en mode sans échec :
- Redémarre ton PC.
- Au démarrage, tapote sur F8 (F5 sur certains PC) juste après l'affichage du BIOS et juste avant le chargement de Windows.
- Dans le menu d'options avancées, choisis Mode sans échec.
- Choisis ta session.

C'est normal mais OTMoveIt, tu l'as déjà sur ton PC et la procédure, tu peux l'enregistrer ou l'imprimer.

---> Télécharge ComboFix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\

---> Clique droit sur Combofix.exe et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"

---> Mets-le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

ba a la base j'avai un pr de trojan-dropper SEH detecté par spyware doctor, je ne l'ai plus avec toute les manip que vous m'avez fait faire, mais j'ai cette histoire de message sur msn et maintenant psyware doctor détecte trojan.géneric.

bon mon ordi n'a plus l'air de dérailler en tout ka, donc dis moi juste ce que je garde et ce que je supprime et je clorerai l'affaire, par contre hier je t'ai demandé si tu pouvais t'occupper de peper86, c ma maman et elle est complètement pommée avec son ordi, peux-tu l'aider et moi je te fou la paix... lol

Ce n'est pas une photo justement, c'est l'infection MSN.

En fait, c'est le fichier que tu télécharges si tu cliques sur le lien infecté.

On va réessayer MSNFix.

- Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton Bureau: 
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 

- Décompresse-le (Clic droit >> Extraire ici).

- Redémarre en mode sans échec.

- Clique droit sur le fichier MSNFix.bat et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

- Exécute l'option R. 
Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.

Note : Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal. 

- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.t, poste-le.

g redémarer en msdos pour msnfix et le scan ne c pas fait
g bien eu la fenètre bleu avec écrit scan mai rien ne se passai. je l'ai refai 3 fois et rien???
