Hello,
I subscribed to Free, but it's not working. The Freebox shows a line going from top to bottom. The hotline is permanently busy and they don't respond to emails. The last time I spoke to them on the phone, they told me a technician would check their installations, but they refuse to give a date. Has anyone of you ever had this problem? Is it usually long?

I tried rebooting the Freebox. It seems to have acknowledged the reboot as I now see a new stage on the screen. Now all the border lights come on for a few seconds (a rectangle). After that, I go back to the bar that moves up and down. It’s been 2 hours and I still don’t have the time. Do you think the Freebox is dead?
