Hello
I bought a Philips 7603 H TV with a USB port, but I can't read the videos or movies in DivX from my USB stick
What should I do
I was told to rename the file? But what should I rename it to? Do I need to update my new TV
Thank you for your help

It works with Philips TVs, but you have to say that in reality you need to cheat.
First, convert your MPEG 1 or 2 films, nothing more. For that, use VLC Converter or DivX Converter (although it takes longer).
Rename your film to "SuperShopDemo" and do not add an extension. When you plug your USB stick into your TV, it indicates that it detects a USB device and then plays your film. It works for films of 1h30 without any problem. But as another member said, make sure your USB stick is empty. Nothing else but the film. A small downside, though, even if this service is practical and very eco-friendly and economical (no more CDs to buy or throw away), the TV does not have a player, so there is no pause or rewind button...
Enjoy the films!

Thank you very much for the information. The only problem is that you need to include SuperShopDemo.mpg AND ABOVE ALL, DON'T FORGET TO ADD THIS EXTENSION OTHERWISE THE FILE WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED BY YOUR TV!! Anyway, thank you for taking the time to explain these little "tips", best regards.
