You cannot deactivate it yourself unless you still have the card. You can deactivate the TPS system, and in that case, your charger will no longer have the security feature, or you can simply send it to the HILTI service center, where they have a universal card that will unlock it for you.
Furthermore, if your charger is still under warranty, your repair will be free of charge.

- checked cord, switch, cable connections ---> OK
- checked brush contact OK
- Hilti still BLOCKED
