Virus win 32 gen other....

Bonjour,
voici mon probleme jai un virus meme peut-etre plus.jai avg comme anti-virus,hijack this,je suis presentement en mode sans echec car lordi se ferme apres 2 minute,jaimerais obtenir de laide car jais tout essayer
