Fenètre intempestive de Ron BY ADZ

Bonjour,

Cela fait déjà quatre jours que la fenêtre RON BY ADZ apparaît de façon intempestive sur mon écran accompagné
d'un petit clique de chargement de page, j'ai beau avoir téléchargé et exécuter un antispyware ainsi que c cleaner rien n'y fait, j'ai changé aussi d'antivirus passant d'avast a antivir comme cela a pu être conseillé dans des discussions précédentes.
Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider, j'ai ce portable depuis peu et j'ai vraiment pas envie de me faire pourrir la vie par des virus, j'ai vue dans des discussions précédentes que pour aider il faut fait une analyse hijackthis que j'ai faite préalablement et copier ci dessous.
