Suis je toujurs infecte ?

Bonjour,

Aprés avoir installer spyware doctor et panda 8 certainement infecter...
je me suis apercu que ma ram avec augmenter de plus de 25%
et le pc repondez tres lentement alors qu'avant ca tout aller bien.
je d'installer les 2 soft, installer avast qui aprés analyse à detecter un virus de type trojan j'ai pas noter la reference.
j'ai fais supprimé et j'ai déplacé le dossier ISSCAN situer dans C:/users/julien/Appdata/local/temp qui semblé être le dossier infecter (est ce un dossier windows ou panda ?)
aprés une nouvelle analyse aucun virus semble être détecté, mais le % ram reste haut par rapport a avant tout ca
je vous envoie la liste faite par hijack pouvez me dire si je suis toujours infecter ?
et si oui comment faire ?
