je te conseil de désinstaller Norton via ce logiciel

Ensuite il te reste Fsecure et antivir à toi de choisir mais il ne t'en faut qu'en seul

Ensuite
Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau.

* Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

* Désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu,antispyware) provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix,

* Double-clic sur combofix.exe, il est possible que ton parefeu te demande si tu acceptes ou non l'accès de nircmd.cfexe à la zone sûre: accepte.

* /!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne /!\

* Attends que Combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé.

* réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

* copie/colle le rapport, le rapport se trouve dans : C:Combofix.txt

* Réactive tes protections en temps réel, Antivirus, Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

apres une personne plus qualifiée que moi pourra te repondre
j'ai eu la meme infection et j'ai eu dure a m'en debarasser

télécharge malware sur cette page=>le tutoriel à été fait par VIRUS_KILLER
A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option Mettre à jour Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware soit cochée. >>> clique sur "Terminer"
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur le bureau.
Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur ok
Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
*** Referme le programme ***
redémarrer en mode sans échecs (regarder ici si vous ne savez pas comment faire)
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Exécuter un examen complet >>> Rechercher
Sélectionne ton disque dur >>> clic sur Lancer l'examen (scan complet)
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection
Colle le rapport de malwarebytes dans ta réponse
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

ensuite ccleaner:

télécharge ccleaner (tutoriel ici par VIRUS_KILLER ou en voici un autre)
passe un bon coup de balais sur ton ordi:
-effectue plusieurs fois le nettoyage avec le nettoyeur
-idem avec la fonction registre
-supprime les programmes au démarrage qui sont inutile.

puis repost un rapport hijackthis

▶ Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

▶ Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
▶ Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
▶ Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

▶ Télécharge Combofix de sUBs

▶ et enregistre le sur le Bureau.

▶ désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

ensuite envois le rapport et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

Très bien je m'en occupe à au fait comment redémarrer en mode ss échec à chaque fois que je lui demande de redémarrer il va en mode normal et aprè il s'éonne de planter...

D'ailleurs maintenant il freeze et je le reboot moi même en mode normal une amélioration?? maybe !!!! ...ou pas

Gros PB :
lorsque je clique sur le lien de 44 un onglet sans titre apparait, et si je passe par google ou un moteur de recherche impossible douvrir la fenêtre comme si le virus condamnait les issues.....

Une solution? parce que là chui coincé.....

▶ Télécharge malwarebyte's anti-malware

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition sur ce site pour t'aider à l'utiliser.

▶ Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

▶ Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

▶ Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

▶ L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

▶ Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

▶ Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

▶ Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

Et ensuite refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp
