Pbs navigation sur net/temps demarage abusif

Bonjour,
J'ai eu une alerte de mon antivirus AVAST il y a quelques jours apparemment un trojan. (je les ai mis en 40ene)
localisation : C:/Programm Files\Navilog1 et C:/User/terray/desktop/david
nom du virus dans les deux cas : WIN32:Crypt-CZN [Trj]
Depuis j'ai des soucis avec mon ordinateur, premièrement le temps de démarrage est beaucoup plus long (il me semble aussi que l'ordinateur réagi moins rapidement qu'avant en général).
Et j'ai aussi de nombreux soucis de navigation (j'utilise FireFox), par exemple le site de ma banque ne ce charge pas alors que sur mon autre ordinateur cela marche , il en est de même sur plusieurs autres sites.
