Open an exo file

I can't open a file of type exo, please help me
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

use edit.com and save as..... with .exe at the end (to get edit.com, go to http://elfinarelfe.unblog.fr/editcom/) it's small, free, and powerful! we can do programming with it....
